Our experience so fat has been horrible, the communication to the families and to our loved ones care givers is horrible, and pretty much non existent. the value is very expensive and it lacks in everything so it is very expensive for nothing.

After several years of declining health I had to do what was in the best interest for my 86 year old mother and me. It was not easy and she did not want to give up her independence and to be honest she fought it all the way. [names removed] were great and helped me with the guilt associated with taking over and making decisions for someone that has a strong will. [names removed] took their time and helped me make a difficult decision and after 3 months into her stay I am sleeping a lot better knowing that she is being well cared for. They run a clean and efficient operation the nurses keep in touch and I am glad I did it.

Shelby Gardens might not be the newest, fanciest assisted living facility, but it does have the best staff. In fact, they just won a bunch of awards! The staff really care for my mom and look out for her best interests - and she’s not always the easiest to get along with. Shelby Gardens has transformed my life and my mom’s.
