Maintenance-when there is something I have asked for help with, I have gotten the quickest response. She had a problem with her toilet and it was addressed immediately. I love living here excellent facility for what she has seen.
The staff has been amazing and the facilities are very nice, clean and well maintained.
After reviewing and touring at the Memory care facilities in Hampton Roads. I felt the Waterford offered the best care, and options for my mom. The staff are above the best. The activities Director has residents engaged.
Tour went well staff was very nice. and knowledgeable. Everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying their day. It seems to be a joyful place.

Everyone here has been kind and cooperative. Many thanks for the cooperation of everyone. I hoped to get used to being here that we'll settle in better.
I would advise to make sure that everything is straight and ready to go before you get there to get your loved one set up and in the community. I ended up having incorrect paperwork and somethings did not go right. When my loved one first moved in there was a covid lock down and we could not go see my loved one for three months due to the outbreak and trying to get things under control. There have also been billing issues that can take a while to get figured out when communicating with the community.

We had a good tour and liked the facility, we just did not feel as drawn to the staff members here.
We really need some activities, staff are great!
