Independence Village of Plymouth

I am very happy that my husband and I came here [name removed]. My husband died [name removed], and I have been made comfortable and helped through the rough time. It's a wonderful facility.

This is the first day of the rest of my life. I can truly say I'm living God's dream. Independent Village helped me find a purpose. As 89 that's a wonder but I'll take it. [name removed] her staff, the aids etc. plus all the truly beautiful people have made it possible. Most importantly, I have found the Lord and a beautiful lady firmed to share each day with. Thank you!

Our loved one is now at Independence Village Of Plymouth so far we are happy with them, but we do wish it was cheaper. However, what we like the most about this community is the friendly staff and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I have lived at Independence Village for eight years. As a non driver and with lack of mobility in climbing stairs. I have been at the accuse most of the thing this facility offers. Best of all is the interaction with residents and the ability to have solitude when desired.

Living conditions are good and location is very convenient, and everybody is so giving! Our days are happy here, and we hope to be here for a longtime to come. At this age it is not easy being content anywhere, but Indp. Village is the exception. It's truly nice being here!

Friendly- Helpful Kind Good Games Good Entertainment

Warm and homie, friendly, fun activities caring and kind staff.

Our experience living here for 4 years has been very good. The staff is friendly, the food is good. The only thing that needs improvement is maintenance- very slow.

They do a great job hiring it show in care no meanies here. Staff very patient with even challenging residents. The buildings showing their age- corporate has expanded too quickly- need to spend some capital.

An important component of IVP Plymouth is "The Villas" A beautifully appointed complex of ranch style apartments for ambulatory residents who enjoy all the accommodation and activities offered in the main building the staff is most kind, competent, and welcoming.

Friendly and kind staff feel like family lot of activities. Music and entertainment helpful washer and dryer available (no charge), cleanliness and ice cream every dinner time.

Friendly, kind, thoughtful, employees. Plenty of activities to keep everyone as busy as they want to be. Good food with pleasant dining experience. Overall I would rate the IV of Plymouth "excellent."

I would say it's a beautiful facility with friendly people.

My mother truly enjoys being a resident at IVP. She is able to live comfortably with her cat. The staff is very friendly to everyone including guests. Staff always addresses her name. She loved the live entertainment fitness classes and church activities.

My experience here has been good. My room is quiet. When I have needed help they have taken care of me. Even though I put 4 on food I can always find something good with all the choices.

My mom has been at IVP for 3 years. They have continued to take the best care of her and I love so may aspects of it. The staff is very friendly and caring, the housekeepers are little miracle workers. The whole community is very supportive, even the fellow residents even look out for one another. IVP management has always been responsive and great at problem solving. The convenience of having a kind hairdresser on site and a visiting podiatrist has been very helpful. IVP knows how to have fun and has frequent live music and entertainment venues in the lobby which my mom loves. Mom uses a walker but still enjoys getting her steps in, cruising the long halls daily. IVP provides lots of love and caring, good physical care and hygiene, clean & attractive apartments and wonderful social engagement. As a daughter and retired RN, I feel lucky and grateful for all they have provided. They are making an often not-so-easy time of life for folks much more doable! Thank you IVP!

We recently moved Dad from Florida into IVP. The staff at IVP made the transition easy for him and his family. He has adjusted very well and I truly believe it’s because of how wonderful the staff is. They genuinely care about their residents and it really feels like a family atmosphere. I have been here 2.5 years at IV> I enjoy the many amenities and the fellowship with others.

I feel safe, stimulated, and even inspired. Kindness and patience prevail. In one word, I feel blessed to be in this facility. The "desk" folks are helpful and cooperative in so many ways.

The best thing about living here is meeting so many great people. And I recommend it highly for people to live here! I've never met such wonderful people. You're going to love this place.
