Finding a place for my 92 yr mom after dad passed was stressful. Would mom like and adjust to her new life? The answer was Yes! She is doing well at Newcastle. Loves the staff, food and outings. She knew it would be a change from her old life but she finds Newcastle to be more than acceptable. Price is very workable and services included are great. Friendly helpful staff and overall great up beat mood to the whole center.

The staff have all been supportive and attentive. It’s great to have peace of mind for your loved one.

Regency on Whidbey is truley one of the best Assisted Living Facilities on Whidbey Island. I had a parent who lived there and the staff was so caring, loving and respectful of my loved one and myself. They treated you like family and always valued your opinion and welcomed you upon your arrival. Without a doubt I would recommend Regency on Whidbey to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one. I still continue to come back and visit, especially during their special events. Thank You Regency on Whidbey for taking care of my family, and I am glad that I am still a part of yours!

Very nice place.[Removed] is very knowledgeable and helpful. W didn't end up moving my father there due to a rent decrease at his current location, but we would definitely move him there if there was a change in his situation.

This facility has been a good fit for my Mother-In-Law. The building itself is always clean and seems tidy. The staff members are very friendly and they have been really good at integrating her into the community. They do have a lot of activities like musical events, dinners, and dancing. Her apartment is clean and has all new carpeting. The facility is also in the middle of planning a remodel. I would recommend this community to other families.

I moved here recently to be near my family. The food here is wonderful. The staff is wonderful the communication is great. I had contact with them for months before i moved in I felt like I knew them. The other residents are friendly.They are about to start a renovation. This place is 1,500 cheaper than the last place I was at. There is a full calendar of daily activities that I'll be able to enjoy. It is kept immaculate in here. The doctor is right across the street and this is located near the town. One side of this community you can see the beautiful ocean and sunset. The other side can see Kailua mountain. I would recommend this place.

My Mother really needed an independent living facility and when we toured this one it seemed really clean. All of the staff members here have been very pleasant to deal with and they are very accommodating. Everyone here just has a friendly warmth to them and the facility feels homey. My mom has a little cottage and it’s nice and spacious. Everything is incorporated into the rent including cable, house cleaning, utilities, and a garage. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I toured here when looking for a place for my loved one. It looked like a really nice facility and we had a very good tour. They were helpful with answering any questions we had and they gave us some brochures that were very informative about the type of care they would be able to provide. I was able to see the staff interact with the other residents and they seemed very personable. We decided not to move him in ultimately because of the price, but overall it looked like a nice place to live.

My loved one has had a very favorable experience so far at Fox Hollow. She loves the staff, especially [Removed]. The food is very good here as well. So far, my loved one doesn't have anything negative to say about Fox Hollow. She seems totally happy with this community.

I really love this facility, everyone is just so great here. They’re so friendly and the staff is taking great care of my mother-in-law. It’s been a really tough transition for her and the community is being very kind. They actually showed her around to meet some of the other residents to hopefully get her acclimated quickly. Even though I haven’t tried the food, my mother-in-law says it’s really good. The grounds are always clean and they have a courtyard for everyone to walk along. For other activities, they have bingo nights, bible study groups, and trips to various stores around town. Everyone here has just been so kind. I would recommend this community.

We like the care from this community. We like that they have been very caring to my mother's needs. The community is clean with a nice environment. I know that the menu is appealing. We like knowing that they offer her to participate in the many activities.We would recommend this community for the care and value that is received from this community for other families

We were looking for an independent community for my parents and when we toured with them we had a good tour experience but they were not giving us the best feeling about the atmosphere.

My mom was only here for about a month before we found someone that could take care of her at home but the experience here was wonderful. My mom enjoyed everything about the community from the food to the people. She especially loved the staff they were wonderful to her and to us. Great communication between the staff members and us and the location was perfect less than a mile from my home. I know mom will eventually have to go to a assisted living place and when that time comes I know without a doubt where we will place her right back here.

We are happy with this community. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The community has great meals and they do offer a good variety. They offer her a lot of activities, and we hope that in time. she will be able to participate. This is a relaxing community with nice care. We do recommend this community for other families. They have good service and nice transportation that is available.

We are very pleased with Regency. My mother settled into her large studio apartment and has been quite happy. The apartment had new carpet and had been freshly painted. The staff is kind and gentle and very understanding of the issues facing seniors who are moving from their homes after many years.

We toured this community when looking for my parents. The staff was friendly and the community was clean.The reason we chose another property is because the rooms were too small.

My loved one is doing well since his move into the Regency Woodland. They are taking good care of him and he seems to be very happy there. No complaints so far.

All is going well for my dad being a new resident in this community. He has settled in and he is happy emerging himself with the community. He played bingo, gone to movie night and attended outings. The staff are respectful, courteous and just wonderful. I get update often about how he is doing. He lives independently with some assistance. It is the best place for him.
