Regency Fallbrook

Regency Fallbrook was a joy to visit lately. From the minute I arrived, it was evident that the staff was devoted to making sure that the residents were comfortable and properly taken care of. The grounds were well-maintained and the building itself was immaculate and welcoming. The personnel was kind, informed, and more than happy to address any queries I had. They offered a variety of interesting and engaging activities, and my loved one was able to take part in them both on-site and off. I am really satisfied with the level of care offered by Regency Fallbrook and would strongly suggest it as well as [removed] where my friend dwell to anybody searching for a safe and comfortable living

Our loved one has yet to take advantage of the activities, but on paper there seems to be a lot of different things to do. The value for cost is fair, but the meals do need improvement. When we talk with our loved one they say the portions could be better and just overall the quality.

Happy to be here. I am taken care of medically, physically, with entertainment, outings (when allowed), and good food. I have many friends and the help is the best.

This facility is as close to being in your own home as possible. The staff could not make us any safer from the coronavirus. Food is very good. The staff are very kind and efficient. We are fortunate to have 24/7 care for my wife who had a stroke.

My mom is 98 and has had her share of physical problems. After several episodes in the hospital it became evident that I needed more help in taking care of mom. My wife and I took care of both mom and dad but when dad passed away it seemed that she needed more help. She needed special care. I turned to assisted living facilities as a solution. I wanted something close to home so I could be there for her if needed. Very difficult to find a place that was appropriate. We looked at Regency and after talking with [name removed] it became evident that it was a great place compared to the many others we reviewed. Believe me, we looked at many. [Name removed] kept in contact with us to determine our needs and she proposed a care plan that was perfect for mom. It was at that point we moved her from a different location to the Regency. It is a caring facility. They have activities and programs that are designed for the residents to enjoy. They are flexible. It's not a warehouse. I can assure anyone that if there are any issues that come up they will be resolved. In closing let me just state that our family has peace in the bottom of our hearts that our loved one is being taken care of appropriately.

This is a very good place to live. My doctor recommended that I not live alone now - my daughter looked long and hard for such a place. I do miss my home and independence (car) but having my children know that I am in a good place, is important to me and them.

Pleasant environment

Excellent medical care. Good food. Our activities director keeps us busy with recreational activities, indoors and fun trips to the movies, zoo, eat breakfast or lunch out and scenic drives. Everyone is friendly and loving.

All of the employees are very friendly and take time to answer questions or help figure out a problem.

The facility and staff are exceptional. My father is so happy at Regency. I highly recommend this lovely community!

The staff have all been supportive and attentive. It’s great to have peace of mind for your loved one.

My in law's is doing very well at this community. They are doing a good with caring for my in law's. The community is very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are very helpful. I am very pleased with their willingness to help. They have tired some new activities and the food is pretty good. They have really stepped up and helped us when we needed some extra help. I would recommend this community.

My mother has been at the Regency Fallbrook for over four years. She loves it! The staff, facilities, and personalized care are amazing. My mother loves the activities. Her favorites are bingo, flower decorating, music, bingo, fireside reading, cooking class, daily exercise class, and don't forget bingo! Needless to say, even though she is in a wheelchair, she stays very active. The meals there are wonderful. Although my mom really likes to eat at certain times, the kitchen is open to serve meals all day. She is quite a picky eater, but always clears her plate. That should tell you how good the chef really is! There is a wonderful menu to choose from along with their daily menu specials. Also, looking good is very important to her. They have a full service salon that she visits every Friday. And she receives a manicure every other week. As you can see, she is very happy there. To put a twist on an old saying, "When Mama's happy, everyone is happy!"

So far it's great! She likes it. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She hasn't had complaints about the food, or maintenance or anything. I would give them a five across the board, we are happy with them.

The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. The staff is always fixing things that are broken. She was at another facility that we was not pleased with and got her here and we're very pleased with everything they do here.

Our Mother has moved into Regency Fallbrook, and absolutely loves the community and says the FOOD is the best. She states caregiver staff is efficient and very caring. She loves all the activities and outings that are offered. The entire staff is very helpful and always willing to make her happy and content.

The food at Regency Fallbrook was really wonderful, and the facility overall was very attractive and very welcoming. The only downside is that we had a problem or two with them not taking my mother-in-law to breakfast or giving her breakfast in a timely manner. Other than that everything about it was a very positive experience and I would recommend them.

It was an okay place. The facility was clean and up to date. The rooms were kind of small. It was very expensive to from what they were offering. It really seemed like they didnt do anything they barely answered any of my questions.
