Silvergate Retirement Residence - Fallbrook

Our Mother has never had an easy time adjusting to changes and moving to Silvergate was no different. For the first 4 months she "hated it," we "PUT her there" and she wanted to leave. Silvergate's staff was amazing and very supportive to us and understanding with Mom. They assured us this is quite normal for new residents. Now, after 6 months, Mom loves it there. Friends call from back east and she cuts the calls short because she has to get to bingo, or some other activity. She has made friends and is now calling her apartment "home!" Friends and family have visited from the east coast and she proudly shows them around Silvergate. They all comment on how beautiful and nice it is, and she quickly agrees with a smile.

All the staff knew Dads name by his second day. Dad had grown withdrawn during COVID. But since moving to Silvergate he has made friends and independently signs up for activities. The live music and performances are highlights for Dad. And if the staff wasn’t wonderful enough, the food is terrific. My husband and I enjoy having dinner with Dad in the bright and cheerful dining room.

The staff is wonderful and keeps my father safe, healthy, and happy. He reminds me every week that he enjoys his apartment and his life at Silvergate. That makes me happy and makes my life easier as his primary caregiver and daughter.

People here exude friendliness and caring. Management sets the tone, Silvergate is fully staffed and the staff appears happy to be here. The residents were very welcoming. The building is clean and updated. The activities are fun and the residents engaged. My apartment is very pleasant.

With so much to offer elders, Silvergate Retirement Residence [removed] is an incredible institution. When I got the opportunity to visit the facility recently, I was blown away by the personnel, the amenities, and the whole ambience. Everyone I came into contact with was so kind and supportive. I was made to feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. The facility provides a range of senior-friendly activities and services, and it is kept up nicely. There are many of activities available to keep people involved and active, including outdoor activities, arts & crafts, and fitness programs. The employees at Silvergate are really committed to giving the residents there the greatest care and assistance available.

Over the 12 years I have lived in Fallbrook, several of my friends have moved into Silvergate. The apartments are luxurious and staff are attentive and supportive. Nutritious meals, and housekeeping add to the benefits of living here. I have also attended many of the events that are available. The entertainment and activities for residents are first class. Games, music in the afternoon, and Happy Hour aim to bring residents together. There are two other retirement facilities in Fallbrook. I have visited both and 'hands down' Silvergate is superior. The range of care is also an advantage. The resident can stay in a familiar setting as their needs increase. I would definitely recommend Silvergate.

Silvergate in Fallbrook is truly an amazing community. The staff is caring and attentive, the food is incredible, and the overall feel of the community is best in class. I would not hesitate to recommend Silvergate to any of my clients.

Throughout the move in and living process everyone has been very kind to me as a residents and to my family, & friends. They have lots of fun activities, a great exercise class, etc. It's a beautiful facility. They have great food.

Silvergate has many positive aspect: it has very competent staff who are also friendly, great food, always bright and cheerfully decorated, activities daily, a medical staff that is keenly aware of each resident’s special needs and frequent entertainment. My favorite component of my Silvergate experience is how every member of the staff knows each resident’s name from day one. Staff always is willing to share a conversation with a resident. Because of this friendly atmosphere, residents feel at home and that they are part of a family.

Both of our overall experience here so far has been very nice, and I can not think of a more friendlier or more beautiful place to live than here. The staff and maintenance here are outstanding, and our apartment is cozy. It has a courtyard view, and the location is perfect for our needs, couldn’t be better.

Hello, We lived in Fallbrook years ago before we moved out of town, but we are happy to be back in Fallbrook and happy that we found Silvergate. Our daughter visited many communities, and really liked Silvergate the most. We ended up touring after her visit and found our perfect apartment. We really enjoy the meals, and everyone is very friendly and nice.

My experience with staff has been friendly and supportive. I picked this community because of the distance from my home and longevity of staff. Ambiance and grounds are less institutionalized than others in my community.

Silvergate is a great value for seniors. I have been pleased with all the services and assistance I have received here. My little dog button and I enjoy living here. We enjoy all the new friends we have made here as well.

I had been looking at Silvergate for many years, and when I finally moved I am glad I did and wished that I would have moved in here earlier. It is a great place to be, and my family can visit me at any time.

Moving my dad into Silvergate’s Memory Care residence has been wonderful. He is healthier and happier than he was at his home. Silvergate’s staff is very attentive and extremely caring. The caregivers, medication techs, nurses, activities personnel, other staff and management are terrific. Instead of watching TV all day, my dad now participates in arts & crafts, puzzles, games, exercise, conversation and other activities. He enjoys the terrific music entertainers that come in and he looks forward to going on the scenic drives. The living arrangements are wonderful! Spacious yet very home-like, with a beautiful outside patio area. Also the meals are fabulous, made by an in house chef. I can’t begin to express how comforting it is for me that my dad is being lovely cared for at Silvergate.

My close friend moved to Silvergate Fallbrook Retirement Residence 1 1/2 years ago. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of observing the Silvergate lifestyle. Upon entering the building, visitors check-in through a safe and efficient process. During my visits, I’ve been impressed by how much the owners are personally involved, and how much the employees care about the residents. All the buildings and patios are beautifully designed, well maintained, and decorated for each holiday. The property has lovely living and dining rooms, a library, rooms for crafts and private parties, a beauty shop, a store, a wall showcasing photos of residents who have served in the military, beautifully landscaped outside areas, and more. Numerous activities are planned for residents and guests, such as…..onsite exercise sessions, bingo, happy hour, car shows, musical performances, and outings for lunch, dinner, concerts, museums, scenic drive-arounds, etc.

I was tired of caring for a big house and was lonely. This ia a beautiful place to live. I'm glad I could move in after being through several years of being alone. I have many friends here now.There is always some one to talk to or something to do here.
