I toured and was so pleased with everything they had to offer. Everyone was very polite and even the residents acknowledged me. The facility was very clean and it was so nice seeing everyone being so active. I am so excited to have this place to move my parents to. It was my first choice after visiting three other communities.

We went with Parkview Estates because some of the studio apartments are located at the end of the wings of the hallway and they are a little bigger but the same price. She also liked the setting, it is set back in a residential community so it is not on a main street. The value for the money especially for the area is also something that really stuck out to us. Mom has had nothing but glowing things to say about the food. The facility does accept Medicaid, they were one of 5 places that accepted it in the area. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Regency Park Place because of the friendliness of all of the staff members and they seemed to have everything that we wanted and needed. The location also works out great for us, we could even walk there if we wanted. The facility is all on one story and not quite as large as some others. I like the way they work with us, they are very accomodating to our requests and needs. I think they are a little slow with response sometimes so that is something they could improve on. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We chose Regency Village at Prineville because they had availability right away when we really needed it. It was also in a great location for all of our family so we were able to visit more often. The care that my loved one received while she was here was great. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking.

This place is a gift from God! What a beautiful place with beautiful people working there! I need and want to thank [name removed] (director), and [name removed] (sales) for going out of your way to accept and welcome my Mom into this community. These two welcomed me in to talk about the possibility of moving my Mom there and were so over the top accommodating! My Mom is so happy and very well cared for there. I (and my Mom whose is a resident there) feel a sense of love, compassion, happiness, contentment, stability, commitment, feeling safe, truly caring, passion, and joy from the staff. I love seeing residents with smiles on there faces. There are so many activities for the residents to be involved in and so many different options for every individual’s needs and wants. It’s an amazing and incredible community and I’m blessed to have my Mom be a part of this!

I would so highly recommend Parkview Estates. We've looked at other options, and this one is at the top of my list. Other families say their family has had a great experience there as well. The staff have been responsive to anything we've asked of them. They've been shut down a lot to Covid, but when it's safe to be open, they have so many different activities, and I've seen lots of residents participating. And that was key for us. We wanted to see people out doing things, with staff involved. Our loved one is hard of hearing, and they've done a great job in trying to find ways to engage him. Also with Covid precautions, it seems they've been very careful, testing when required, and the numbers have steadily gone down. They've jumped right on it and eradicated any issue. I've always had great confidence that they were protecting our loved one from exposure.

I've been very pleased. I have a nice 1100 square foot cottage apartment. The food is excellent, and I've gained some pounds I have to say! For each meal, they have about 4-5 things on the plate, at about 1/2 cup serving each, so you get a big variety without an overly huge amount of food, which is good. , The people who wait on us are very efficient and friendly. All of the people here are very nice. They're always cleaning, and I'm very happy with how well they clean my apartment for me. When I ask the staff for something, they respond very quickly. When I look at what my house used to cost me and add in utilities, I think I'm getting a good deal here.

It is a very nice and clean community, and everybody there is very nice. Our parents there are extremely happy. The meals overall are pretty good, our parents don't eat pork so the staff members have been very accommodating and offering up other meal options. The activities are opening back up, but it is still hard to say how much is going on. The rooms are very nice, and right when our mother walked in she knew this was the place for them.

We chose Regency Pullman at the time because it was one of the only ones in the area. The cleanliness was great, administration was better, and we just got a good feeling walking in and talking to staff. The rooms sizes here are really good. I think they did the best they could this year with everything going on. The staff here was just absolutely amazing and my mom loved it here, she developed relationships with them. Towards the end they were just as amazing. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Our loved one was at the Redmond nursing home and they were absolutely wonderful. They took really good care of her while she was there recovering. The social workers call us all the time with updates, and we would recommend them to others.

We chose Parkview Estates because it was a smaller community, it had pretty scenery, and the cost was better than most we looked into. They do also provide some medical aspects and they are contracted with DIAS so they have a doctor and nurse on call at all times. They will become his physician right there so he does not have to leave. I do not like we have to pay extra for them to remind him to take his medications, but I do understand. As you need more things, the cost does increase. I am very glad he is getting attention and care. I would highly recommend them.

My mom was very happy there, however, they offered a lot of care services that she just didn't need. They offer a lot of activities. The food was fair. I would recommend the community to other families. We chose this community because the staff were nice, we liked the appearance of building being that is was bright and cheery, and we liked its location.

Happy to be here. I am taken care of medically, physically, with entertainment, outings (when allowed), and good food. I have many friends and the help is the best.

This facility is as close to being in your own home as possible. The staff could not make us any safer from the coronavirus. Food is very good. The staff are very kind and efficient. We are fortunate to have 24/7 care for my wife who had a stroke.

My mom is 98 and has had her share of physical problems. After several episodes in the hospital it became evident that I needed more help in taking care of mom. My wife and I took care of both mom and dad but when dad passed away it seemed that she needed more help. She needed special care. I turned to assisted living facilities as a solution. I wanted something close to home so I could be there for her if needed. Very difficult to find a place that was appropriate. We looked at Regency and after talking with [name removed] it became evident that it was a great place compared to the many others we reviewed. Believe me, we looked at many. [Name removed] kept in contact with us to determine our needs and she proposed a care plan that was perfect for mom. It was at that point we moved her from a different location to the Regency. It is a caring facility. They have activities and programs that are designed for the residents to enjoy. They are flexible. It's not a warehouse. I can assure anyone that if there are any issues that come up they will be resolved. In closing let me just state that our family has peace in the bottom of our hearts that our loved one is being taken care of appropriately.

They are doing an amazing job at Golden Sands during the coronavirus quarantine which is so difficult on the elderly. They are taking all precautions. I'm amazed in everyone is still friendly under these circumstances and the residence seem to be doing well...1 they seem to have adjusted to the restrictions of Coronavirus and the staff are attentive even though it's hard to work with face masks on and keeping them on the residence. I have a hard time continually wearing the mask and I'm on the outside and just getting groceries with my mask on and gloves it's not enjoyable but we all have to work towards keeping our elderly safe and healthy

I'm surprised at the reviews that I read because the decor inside and out are are beautiful... I visited a lot of assisted living in Oregon and Washington before I decided on this one so many of them had a bad order to him when you walk down the halls and they word dingy and unkept. Golden Sands what's the nicest on the inside and out with a lot of gardens the residents can walk in and especially it's only one story so they don't have to go up and down stairs or elevators as they get older that gets more difficult. The staff has always been friendly and helpful they do a lot for my mom and are always available when I have questions the food is great and during this difficult time of coronavirus quarantine they are managing very well they're really on top of the disinfecting and caring for the patients social distance and masks. I'm a nurse for 25 years so I look at a lot of other things most people might not notice and I am very impressed still after 3 years. I had to write this because I read the other review giving them a one-star and that's absolutely wrong it must have been about another Assisted Living not this one this one has always been clean and fresh and before the the quarantine I was in there four or five days a week visiting my mom. They definitely deserve a 5
