In general our experience has been positive. The residents in the community still need an outside advocate to follow up on their requests. The staff communication has been responsive to the family if we have questions or concerns. There are some concerns with the delivery of meals due to the lack of staff. There are times the items aren't what the community says they are going to have for meals. The residents do have choices in addition to the special of the day. There are three meals a day served to the residents here.
Covid has made things difficult and [name removed] is not very cooperative sometimes, but the staff is wonderful. I am pleased with her care.
My brother-in-law has taken care of all of the paperwork, so I can't speak to that end, all I know is, she is very very happy there. I should've mentioned that it is also the place the Social Worker recommended in the category of why we chose it. Excellent recommendation I must say.
