We explored a number of options, and was very impressed with the proffesionalism at Veranda. I am glad we made this choice, for my loved one.
This place is like no other. I have seen many Skilled Nursing Facilities and this is the one you can walk in any time, day or night and there is no smell, its always clean, and the staff and patients are all laughing together. They interact and its not sterile and false and clinical. The staff genuinely connect with each other and the patients. The food is good, the management team is always helping, always attentive.
The staff are very, very kind and interested in the residents. They give 5-star service. They're also very interested in interacting with the families, and they welcome the families to come visit. If they have any staff shortages, the administrators will even fill in. They have great communication with emails and phone calls. And the food is quite good.
