I like this community. We have been happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The meals are appealing and she is happy with being able to participate in the activities with the other residents. The community has a lot to offer. We recommend this community for the great care and value.
Very nice place but issues with staff turnover and clinical knowledge are deficiencies. Meds not given on time. Loosing meds. Food not on time, not producing meals that are on the menus, only offering a sandwich multiple times. Not enough staff to take orders and deliver food. Facilities staff is great and the administration staff is nice and helpful.
Very caring and passionate staff. It has been changes in the last few months. But it has been for the best. The Wellness Director is very caring. I get a call from her almost almost every week on updates on my mom . I can tell [name removed] really cares and the Staff does too. I even see her on weekends working and exercising with them.
