We moved my 84 year old mom here a few months ago when she began to have trouble remembering her medications. This is a wonderful assisted living center that you can personalize your loved one’s care needs. A caring staff, nice and clean rooms with plenty of space, lots of activities and easy to work with staff. She was very nervous about the move but now states that she should have made the move years ago. She loves her new friends, she loves not worrying about home maintenance, she loves the ease and comfort of her “apartment”, and having the option to join in fun activities. We chose Governors Glen because we had previous experience with having another family member here. They really let the residents live their own lives and encourage community feel within the facility. I would definitely recommend them.

My mother has been living in Governor's Ridge for about four years, and they are like family to her. She has all kinds of activities to be involved in, and the service she receives from the staff has been excellent. I would recommend this Assisted Living Home to anyone who needs a little help in living on their own. I can rest each night KNOWING that my mother is receiving quality care.

I like this community. We have been happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The meals are appealing and she is happy with being able to participate in the activities with the other residents. The community has a lot to offer. We recommend this community for the great care and value.

My Mom has been at Governors Ridge for about a month now. It is awesome and mostly because of the staff. They are great to her and the environment is that of a family. I sleep better at night knowing my Mother is taken care of by the folks at Governors Ridge.

The community and the staff were very helpful and eager to please. The Director was wonderful in assisting with anything that my loved one or I needed help with. The community has a great program where my loved one did not want to participate in activities. The community was able to set my loved one up with another resident and now my loved one has become a social butterfly. The community is always kept clean and maintained.
