As I expected; pleasant. Food needs to improve; there are more people with memory problems than I expected. We picked this community because of the location, ambiance, and the fact that rooms are live in place.

Benchmark at Waltham Crossing was great. My wife has since died but they still reach out to me. Benchmark had helpful ideas for any issue we encountered during the stay there. My wife was there 13 months and I was happy with the care.

At this time I would rate everything a 4. Only because I don't give anything the highest score. But we are very happy with everything. Most of the staff knows mom by name, good meals and lots of activities.

Nice place, great people. The only downside to the place is the individual hvacs are old, and need replacement parts that apparently are very hard to get. So the heat is always on.
