Very pretty place. Large and airy. Staff is very friendly. Very expensive but seems to be in line with other facilities.

The staff at Nashoba Park Assisted Living was extremely helpful, kept me well-informed and made changes as needed for my brother. They even got on gluten free food for my brother, who was gluten-free. My brother was there for two months and the staff must have been great to him because he had to make sure he said goodbye to housekeeping, nurses, the dining room, staff, and all others. They had many activities and the facility was always spotless. Everyone was always friendly to visitors.

Great staff, and effort is made for a good experience. But all the systems are archaic, and being a ‘historic building’ makes improvements more complicated. And it’s hard to evaluate anything during a pandemic!

While I'm glad that all of your questions were answered by our team, I have to respectfully disagree with some of your claims. Our community comfortably accommodates 95 residents, and we are proud to foster a close-knit family of ?residents, associates, neighbors and friends. They have done really well with the Covid-19 pandemic and have done a really good job with keeping families up to date on what's doing on. They took precautions early on and stepped up to make sure they were protecting the residents. A little bit of staff turnover recently. We always found the community to be very clean when we visit. They are very conscientious about serving well balanced meals. Overall, we would recommend Nashoba Park to others!

December 16, 2020Throughout 2020, which has been difficult for all of us due to the pandemic, we believe our team successfully stayed focused on our core values and mission to support, care for and boost the spirits of the seniors who call Nashoba Park their home. Our collective efforts have been rewarded in droves by the love and constant support of our residents and their families, including you! We are so happy that Assisted Living residents and staff have been included in the first round of vaccinations in MA. Our families will rest even easier knowing their loved ones are living in the VERY safest of places for the foreseeable future! Of course, we will continue to follow all public health directives concerning social distancing and mask wearing, as well as our own robust safety protocols, including screening, testing and sanitizing until it is absolutely safe to discontinue these measures.
Lots of community gathering areas throughout the building some with full kitchens for group cooking or family gatherings to warm up a meal. Tables great for playing cards etc. Staff very friendly. Residents are happy there. downside: resident rooms seem a bit small. ok for 1 person but not so much for a couple. No transportation to churches, no transportation provided for doctor visits.

My mom is happy there but every year the price goes up. It's hard to change your parent once they get accustomed to a place and I think they know that. There has been quite a turnover in staff recently.

My mom seems very happy. I was concerned about her finding her way to the dining room. She had only been there for a few days and she was told that she could find her way. It isn't a clear path but she did it. She is enjoying the meal.
