The memory care is wonderful. The residents are cared for by a very loving staff. Everyone of the staff members knows what is going on. They keep family informed of any changes or needs. The supplies that you bring for your loved one goes into the closet in their room and are only used for your loved one. The food is very tasty and nutritious. They give top notch care with love. They have activities, meals, and lots of rest. I can not thank the staff enough for taking care of my Mom. She always looked good and was happy and comfortable. Thank you a place for Mom for helping me find Carriage Crossing and Thank you Carriage crossing for the great care and love you gave my Mom.
Everybody was extremely nice and helpful in getting me in touch with the right resources to move my loved one into the place. I thought it was a good facility and I can not think of any improvements that need to be made.
