I've lived here for 13yrs. and the first 6 was great but in the last 7yrs. this place has done nothing but go down hill. It's over run with roaches, bedbugs and who knows what else. I've told them several times about my carpet unraveling and nothing was done. I sit here 2 months last summer with no air conditioning until I called HUD then they got me a new one. Management had no interest in fixing the problems here. Washers and dryer stay basically broken except 2 or 3 at a time. Trying to get out of here as soon as I can afford it. Would not recommend.

The front office management is terrible and all but possibly one are snobbish and rude.

We would have to take a studio. They are extremely small. Also, they don't have an internet service but will have one in the future. I found the outside to be a bit dismal but everyone was so nice.

A Place for Mom has scored Trinity Towers 2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
