My mother is doing very well here at these senior apartments. Everything has worked out well for her here and I'am pleased. They do a very good job with the cleaning and maintenance of the community. Asbury is not the place for your mother or relative. The main reason is that repairs are not done time or correct. Many people have tore up air conditioners and heating systems. They do not work and take months to fix. Simple repairs are not made such as stopped up sinks and stoves not working. Maintenance man is sorry and will not replace light bulbs and old torn blinds. He stands at the receptionist desk all day long and complain about tenants and tell their business to other people. He runs the security desk instead letting them work. No one checks those repairs to see if they are done are reported. Please do not move here because staff do not care and maintenance is terrible.
