These are but a few words to describe my apartment at Westmont Village. The entire apartment is well planed so it is wheelchair or scooter usable in every room, including the bathroom. And closet, cabinet and drawer space is exceptionable. The restaurant is open for two hours for each meal so I can eat on my time schedule. Yes, there are occasional “hiccups” but that is what makes life livable. You won’t believe it until you experience it.
Everyone seemed very pleasant and professional.... Genuine concern and care for the residents, frosted with professionalism should be the hallmark of every manager/employee. Food/Meals are challenging....maybe take regular questionnaires to discover the needs/wants of the residents.
