I would highly recommend it. Mom's dementia caused challenges for the staff, mom wasn't very cooperative her time there, but they communicated well with the hospice staff and with family. She did develop some trust with a couple of staff members and Hospice staff. They were very loving and patient with her. They were all terrific support to me and other family members.

My father has been a resident at The Village Assisted Living facility this past year. The professionalism, care and compassion of ALL the staff is excellent. Most of the people working there have been there for over 10 years or more. There is very little staff turnover which is a sign of how well run the assisted living facility is. They all work well together to meet the particular needs of each of their residents. I live out of state so I'm not able to visit my dad every week. The staff is most accommodating to answer my questions or address concerns and help me feel connected when I'm not there. They always go above and beyond to give my dad great care. I feel great comfort in knowing he's at a place where they really care about him and offer him love, kindness and compassion along with great care.

They are able to manage any obstacle with a positive approach. The staff seems to care a great deal for the residents. I would recommend them, but I believe this is such a personal decision. I'm not sure my point of view would be right for everyone.

We picked this place because it was a smaller community, attractive and comfortable feeling, residents were friendly and smiling and couldn't say enough about how they liked the staff!Excellent Relationship with the faculty!

The staff has a great heart for what they do. The location is perfect and the facility is above average. Overall, the food looked great and the community is clean. The residents appear to be well taken care of.

This place is terrible. We had a bad experience here with a loved one. Our Case Worker [name removed] is rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could. Go somewhere else. Sad to post this.

We selected The Village to take our friend to after finding out he had Kidney failure at the hospital. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he receives. He loves it there and loves all of the nurses and caregivers. After seeing his meals I am thinking of moving in. Again thank you so much for making his final days so wonderful.

Having a doctor and a nurse on call in the community gave me a good feeling. I knew that my mother would be safe at all times and it would give me a peace of mind. Everything in the community was really nice. The available transportation for the residents was a good amenity that i liked. Everything was very organized and clean including the rooms and dinning room.

We toured several places in the area looking for a place for my brother. We ended up choosing Brookside over any of the others that we toured. As far as The Village Assisted Living is concerned, it was not as clean as and in general just not as nice as Brookside.

I love this Facility, all the staff is friendly, well trained and dedicated to their residents. The Assisted living area is unique. My friend room is very spacious and she receives nursing care 24/7. Plus housekeeping and maintenance services at any time needed, the select menu is a plus. We have meals in the assisted living dinning room when we visit and the meals are excellent! The servers treat us with dignity and respect, always accommodate our food request! I will highly recommend this facility to any love one that needs extra care.

Highly Recommend!!! I was a little bit hesitant about moving my grandma into an assisted living facility, but The Village was not at all what I had expected. Carpeted rooms with cable tv and phone, very friendly staff that know me and my grandma by name and the food is restaurant style, so I can eat with my grandma any time I would like. The only negative is price, but compared to paying for rent, 3 meals a day and round the clock care, I have definitely come around to see the value in it.

I didn't like that when they were showing us around on the tour they would walk right by people in wheelchairs and other residents and never even speak to them.

My mother-in-law was there for rehab. It also has the non-nursing home side where people can live. My father-in-law was considering moving in there when he wasn’t sure how my mother-in-law was going to recover. It was okay. It was older and not as nice. The Villages totally needs to be updated. It seemed very 80s.
