NOVEMBER 2023 I am a Health Advocate for a 76 year old gentleman who was there for the past year. The place is not well run with records or with staff. Be very careful with your loved one at this place. If you live nearby and can visit them all the time it might be ok.

[Name removed] was very kind, outgoing and knowledgeable when I toured this community for my elderly relative. He felt welcomed and chose to reside in an independent living apartment. The community was clean, well maintained, and very welcoming!

I love it here! I like the fact that I'm 68 and most people are within 10 years of that. The older people are great. I like the staff so much. They do a few fun things each month. They are wonderful if you need help with things they will listen. The general mgr. [name removed] is so nice and his assistant [name removed] is so helpful. I would suggest anyone live here!

We came out to see our granddaughters in Hemet. We found your facility at airbnb and chose to stay here on are visit from Minnesota. We found the staff, food and residents very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back for a visit. Keep up the GREAT job.

I believe the managers and staff here are the best anyone could ever experience. They are courteous and overextend their endeavors which allows one to feel like they're at "home" as opposed to a care facility. This is where I've called "home" for almost seven years. I would highly recommend Vista Montana.

Both my parent live here as of [Removed]. My father is ending his time with us. The staff here have gone above and beyond in every aspect my daughter and I have been able to be by his bedside all day and have a place to put our worn out bodies to bed there is nothing worse than watching a love. One die but everyone is making this journey a little easier.

Not only is the staff amazing with my grandparents but they also made sure that my mom and I was taken care of while my grandpa was in his last days. Thank you so much for showing love at a time of sadness. I loved that they all call them Mam & Papa. [Removed] is amazing you all work as a team. Not a bad thing to say.

This was a very nice community but I determined that the distance was going to be an issue and I found myself needing to move my mom. The community was nice I would recommend it. The staff was always nice and attentive to my mom. She enjoyed the food there. In any place, we had a few issues that needed to be resolved but overall it was a good experience for the time she was there.

I currently reside at Vista Montana Senior Living, Independent Living, and will say, I'm totally pleased with the facility. The staff, the residents, and the overall experience is great. The meals, the activities, and the location, gets an "A", in my book. It is located next to a school, which, I think, makes the location nice. I have never heard the children playing, and disturbing the residents. I used to live in the Los Angeles County, the city of Long Beach, California. I did have my reservations, but I can honestly say, I am very happy, I followed my first mind. Vista Montana has all kinds of activities, everyday. You can earn Vista Bucks easily, they have shuttles to markets even. So far, my experience at Vista Montana has been an enjoyable one. You can live by yourself, or have a roommate, to assist with your cost. You can get a place with a sink and stove, or they can put a stove and sink in, your choice. You can do your laundry or, they can have your laundry done for you, for a small fee. On site there is an Assistant Living facility, fully staffed, if that fits your needs.

After several months of actively searching for the right community for an older (70) relative I found Vista Montana. It is perfect! The Floyd Hughes is the best. He listened to my story & was so kind & generous with his time, I knew Vista Montana was the right choice. We were coming from North California. The room was ready including a name plate & a box spring, the staff was so welcoming. The food is very good. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful community this is.

I did not think the community was very well maintained or kept very clean especially the lobby and main entrance. The staff that gave my loved one and I the tour where very friendly and made sure to answer any questions in detail that we had for them. I just did not think this would be the right fit for my mother and would want a cleaner facility for her.

I like seeing my mom happy with the care that she is getting here. The staff is outstanding and she gets excellent care here. She is enjoying the clean and well taken care of community. They have great activities for her to enjoy. I would highly suggest the care of this community to others.

My friend is very happy and this was the best that he could afford. His room comes with a sink, fridge, big bathroom and bedroom, and a private deck. The staff put his name on his door and put a chair on the deck for him. They also bought him a brand new box spring, helped cut slab for underneath the bed. They got the TV working in half an hour. I was offered a night stay with dinner and breakfast for having to take a long drive to the community. They cook everything homemade. They are served their meals not in a line with a plate. The staff are polite in dining room. All the rooms were redone and look nice and clean. The community has activities, provide rides on certain days for shopping, have housekeeping once a week, and provide washer and dryer. You only have to provide your own soap, no coins or change is needed. It is in a growing location with chain stores and restaurants around. They are super and Lloyd the manager is spectacular. He always picks up the phone when I call him. Everything was positive and they go out of their way. It is not some fancy community but they give 5-star services. They also have a night manager in case anything happens over night.

Our family searched the area for a suitable independent living facility and found the Best at Vista Montana. Wonderful people, clean and well kept facility with more amenities than I expected. Thank you for all you do for each resident.

Everything has been going fine so far the experience is good. They are very clean but it seems that someone is smoking in the building. My aunt likes all the meals, she has no problems. She builds puzzles with a few ladies down the hall. I would recommend this place.

It took me forever to find a place for my grandpa to live but I'm glad I found Vista Montana because the place offers great services that we can afford. I chose this place because they have an independent and assisted living. If my grandpa ever needed more assistance there is a building right next door he can move into! They also have fun activities and great staff! My family and I are very happy with the choice we made. He loves it at Vista Montana.

Lovely Assisted Living, the property was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt they genuinely cared about my Uncle.

They take awesome care of my brother. Always on top of medication needs . Very friendly clean.

We have been here since the 1st of November, 2015 and have been totally satisfied with our choice, as you can see from the above overall ratings. After visiting several other facilities Vista Montana was decidedly our first choice. We feel that it definitely was the right one.
