TerraBella Roswell

I want to say that TerraBella Roswell is a nice place to stay. It has good service, kind caregivers, responsible med tech and a good administrative team work. I just encourage people to have a tour to see a place where you can place your love ones being sure that they will be safe and nice.

We had some difficulty at first with things being done on schedule. After 2 months things are going well. Occasionally hall smells like urine but building is kept very well. Staff is amazing!! Staff VERY caring, helpful & pleasant There are a lot of different activities for our loved ones, but she has not attended any yet

My loved one's respite care experience at TerraBella Roswell was excellent. The facility had just been renovated; she was the first person to use the room that she was assigned to. The staff was friendly and focused on patient care. The housekeeping was good. The food was excellent - excellent quality and good variety; there were typically 2 entrée choices at each meal. The only area for improvement that I would suggest is with medication management and distribution. There were days when my loved one had to contact the front desk long after the normal distribution time to inform them that she'd not received her medication. In addition, one of her oral medications plus her COPD inhaler were misplaced for 3 days. Overall, I would absolutely recommend TerraBella Roswell to others.

We had a mixed experience with assisted living at Terrabella Roswell. Good staff - but facility was understaffed and consistently delayed in response time when resident buzzed for help.

We cannot rate the activities because our loved ones refuse to participate in them. We do think they could improve on their communication and being more open. However we would recommend the TerraBella Roswell community to other families.

I would recommend that you ask lots of questions about care, financial charges, and more. I've had the opportunity to eat with my loved one and the food and service has been very good. Some of the activities available include bingo, church, games, and more for the residents to participate in. They have a very nice activities coordinator that works with the residents.

Many of these reviews are over two years old, when Elmcroft was sold to Eclipse from Oregon. It was once a well managed facility, but 2 1/2 years ago the Director and all of the managers left or quit within 4-6 months. The turnover of staff and poor incoming management, caused us to move Mom, on short notice and thank goodness we did. We have been contacted by several former staff members, hospice team members, therapist, etc. we know and they said it was bad on the inside as well. The food got marginal at best, and usually cold. The rooms are old, small and got very dated. There are much better options for your loved ones. PS: After we had sat down with the incoming director, and provided a spread sheet of our final expenses and paid them, we a year later got a bill from Eclipse. We wrote the director monthly, with documentation for over a year and never received any response, so we wrote the area director. No response. Life is to short to put up with incompetent management, and over 90% staff turnover.

I was searching for a community that would provide care the longest and I found it in them. The staff are super nice and very helpful for the most part. They just need to work on how quickly they respond when my father-in-law pushes the button. It takes 15 minutes but they claim 7 minutes is the wait time. When he has to wait he gets impatient. I like that the staff are getting him involved with activities. The meals are good here.

It is still a work in progress for my mother here at this community. Overall this is a good community, and they are providing her with great care. I know she is safe and in good hands here. I really like the staff, they are very supportive and helpful. They are always willing to help. They have a nice activities calendar, with plenty of activities for the residents. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. This is a nice size community, and I would recommend it.

This was a nice community and they have a high level of PT available, which is great. The rooms were small, which is pretty typical for the area.

So far, we are pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness of the building, the wonderful staff, and the way they care for the residents.We have not been here long, but so far we are very pleased.

This was an answer to our prayers, for a safe,warm,caring staff for my Dad. They are spoiling him with excellent care. He is happy,enjoying activities and making new friends. Their physical therapy area and staff have improved his quality of life. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to find this wonderful place for my Dad and giving us support along the way to find a place for my Dad.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Elmcroft of Roswell, they do a great job looking after the people who live here. The staff are all very friendly and very accommodating. My loved one has declined a bit carewise since she moved in, and they've worked with us to find a care plan that works for everyone!

The food at Elmcroft of Roswell is very good. There have been a couple of instances when the timeliness of getting the proper medications has not been the best, but that is my only complaint. Overall it has been a very good experience, and I would highly recommend them.

Liked. Good locale / size / sense.

Do not want a multi level community.
