what our family likes the most about Brookdale Chambrel is the overall friendliness. Other residents they have things in common with, setting (private, quiet, treed area). We. appreciate the required daily check ins and they truly do follow up if they have not seen the resident yet or heard from them. We like the accessibility to support service. LOVE that there is primary care available with onsite weekly visits. Care is great and so much better for them to be seen at home to better understand what's going on. We also like that they are pet friendly so her Grand dog can come visit and nice to see others around the community.

We love it here. The people, service and food are all great and that is just a few things we love most about the community. The price increase for this year was a bit high but was able to negotiate which I did not know was something routinely done.

Friendly Resident Ambassadors, a fabulous new resident orientation binder, updated flooring and carpet in each unit, lovely courtyards and grounds for walking (not right on a busy street, like some other facilities), etc. are just some of the bonus features that we love. I would 100% recommend Brookdale Chambrel Roswell to others.

I would recommend Brookdale Chambrel Roswell to others. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and accommodating for whatever you need. Sometimes they're a little short staffed, especially in the dining room, but they make it work. The food is really good. What I like about the place. is it's a lot homier than other places that I've looked at. Some of the really new ones are so sterile. The housekeeping is pretty basic, but they will do your sheets and towels and I think they'll do your other laundry for a small fee. The move in process was fine. One suggestion for improvement: more activities for the male residents.

My mom is so happy with the choice we made. We initially chose Brookdale Chambrel Roswell over others that we saw because the facility was clean, apartments were updated, and the friendliness of all of the staff. The people are genuinely kind, inclusive and caring.

It is one of the largest and most beautiful facilities both inside and out. The landscaping with all the beautiful blooming trees along with the nearly two miles of carpeted corridors with many plants, pictures, and comfortable chairs make it perfect for us since we are still very active.

Overall this is a good community. The staff communication with the family have been responsive by the Director. There are two meals a day provided to the residents. The residents get to choose which meals they enjoy each day. The selections the community provides are modest. It would be nice to see the food service be managed better. I wish the community would communicate the price increases better to the residents and families, instead of making them random and unexpected.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The caregivers and staff seem to have been there a long time, with a range from 2-30 years at the community. The meals on the weekend are being served as to go items due to low staffing.

We are really happy with Brookdale Chambrel Roswell. We chose this facility because we thought it was really nice especially for the price. It is conveniently located and also we have people we know who have their parents here and they are all very pleased as well. It is a great place and I would definitely recommend them.

Entire employees from housekeeping, maintenance, dining and administrators are excellent, friendly, efficient, and have taken excellent care of us during this difficult time.

What a wonderful place to live! The staff takes care of our every need - entertainment, activities, food service, maintenance and makes sure that we are well and happy. During this pandemic, we have been so fortunate to have such an excellent staff. I hesitate to name individuals as I do not want to miss thanking any one of them. Thanks to everyone at Brookdale Chambrel!

We chose this community because of the location and the price. Our favorite part about this facility is that we feel secure that they are in good hands. They are in memory care, so that is important to us. My grandparents like the food, I have not eaten there, but have sat with them while they ate and it looks lovely. The room sizes are very adequate. Their staff is also very communicative which helps put our mind at ease.

I feel very safe here. Everyone is very friendly and good to all persons.

It is beautifully landscaped. Friendly people. Under normal times many activities.

Brookdale Chambrel is a well established, well maintained, charming property. However, the MOST important asset is the people! Both employees and residents! The employees from all areas of organization are helpful, courteous, and friendly. The residents are from Roswell area and all over the U.S. Brookdale Chambrel is an AWESOME place to live.

Since being widowed I could not find a more caring, loving or kinder place to live. My apartment is ideal. The staff is always ready to help and the service people are always available for your needs. Our entertainment group keep us busy with exercises, games, parties and brain work. We have a great dining group of servers and our food is tasty and good selections. Cleaning and maintenance are the best.
