It was newly renovated. The people were nice. It was very close to my home. It was not the most expensive but not the cheapest either.

It's a phenomenal facility with an outstanding system and a lot to offer but there are some things that I really had problems with. We were charged $1000 move in fee but when my mom moved in the room was not painted or cleaned like it was supposed to be. So I'm wondering what that $1000 was actually for. During the period of time that she was there I had to ask repeatedly for things like the trash and the bathroom cleaned up. They were not changing her linens because she made her bed up so they just passed her by. Once I was looking for some assistance for her and there was one girl in the hall when there are supposed to be three at all times. It took me 45 minutes to locate the girl that was supposed to be the med tech and we never found the other one. With everything that I experienced there I would be very reluctant to take mom back. The activities and the food and everything they offer was outstanding but I was very disappointment in the quality of care and the price the charged for it.

As far as my wife and I were concerned, we considered Brighton Gardens and Spring Arbor equal; my mom and dad ultimately made the decision. We had visited them and reviewed a number of places in the area and this was one of the two we showed them. It was very postiive, maybe even a tad more positive than Spring Arbor and I personally attribute that to the fact that they had been around longer and had a more stable staff.

super nice, meal times would present a problem if she attended church on Sunday. This one is out of the running due to costs.

A Place for Mom has scored TerraBella Greensboro 8.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
