I though this living community was beautiful! It seemed like a really nice place to live. All the residents seemed so happy. The staff was very friendly also.

The attention to detail the staff at Three Creeks takes to make their community a true home for their residents goes above and beyond.

I had a wonderful tour of this community. The most important features I am looking for are cleanliness, staff friendliness, and the attitudes of the other residents. I found all of my personal requirements were met at this facility and I can see myself living very comfortably here. The executive director met with me personally to make sure I didn't have any questions left unanswered. She was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond compared to other directors I have met from other centers. I can't say enough great things about Three Creeks. I recommend taking the time to take a tour, you will not regret it!

My visit to three Creeks was a pleasant experience. The facility is clean and modern and the staff are extremely friendly. The facility seems like some place that I could enjoy with the activities and overall atmosphere. I also like the location of the facility. I like that it is close to Easton and other shopping facilities. It is also close to several restaurants. The Independent living apartments are nice and it is always nice to know that assisted-living is on a shared campus.

I was very impressed by the thoughtfulness and attention of the staff. During this stressful time due to Covid, the Three Creeks community is going above and beyond.

Thank you for proving us with great insight on your beautiful facility. I was very impressed with the well maintained property from the living areas to the outside grounds. I can tell that your staff takes great pride in their jobs. There was such a happy atmosphere during our tour from all the hellos we were greeted with and the happy smiles on the residents faces!

Such a wonderful community! All of the employees are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone really goes out of their way to make you and your family feel at home!

I selected Three Creeks of Gahanna because of its location and its independent living options. The cottage I am in is perfect -- ideal size, not a stair/step in the place, and close to the main building which contains amenities such as workout room, salon, bistro, library, theater, etc. The staff at Three Creeks have been extremely helpful in assisting me in making the transition to the community, especially with cable and internet hookups. One of my favorite features of Three Creeks is how it is situated in an urban setting, but with plenty of green space -- lots of trees, flowers, shrubs, and even a pond with a fountain; yet close to restaurants, stores, banks, etc.

[name removed] is so knowledgeable about the property and different options for my mom. She made the transition to independent living for my mom go smooth and worry free. Check out Three Creeks If your looking for independent or assisted living. You will be happy you did.

As you can see from the above ratings, I have been happy with my decision to move to Three Creeks. I have been very pleased with the plan of having a stand alone residence on the property of Three Creeks Senior Retirement Center. In the cottages we enjoy a great deal of independence and autonomy, while also enjoying the facilities and offerings of the community. My disappointment has been in the initial lack of communication. I received no orientation other than a written brochure stating the regulations, and no tour of the facilities. There have been a few “bumps” in adding a new plan to the facility, working out mail delivery being the most difficult; however, the staff has been very responsive in getting things worked out. By far Three Creeks has the friendliest and most caring people I met as I visited several retirement centers. It is worth mentioning that there have been no cases of COVID-19 at this facility. The staff works very hard to ensure good preventive practices are required and enforced. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and residents very friendly.

To date our experience at Three Creeks Senior Living has beaten expectations across the board. The facility itself is state of the art and well maintained. But the biggest bonus to living at Three Creeks has been the staff. From the director of the facility, to the salesperson, to the in house physical Therapy, visiting nurse practitioner, concierge, culinary, activities, cleaners. Everyone I’ve encountered is professional, compassionate, and committed to the people that reside here. It feels like family, I would recommend it to all.

We chose Three Creeks because it was very clean and the rooms were nice here. It felt like a better facility overall. My grandmother seems to be happy with her room size, she has just moved over to the assisted living side. She said the food has gone downhill a little bit since covid, but seems to be getting a little better. But she still thinks they could improve in this area. I also think they should provide more activities for the residents, especially right now. Her favorite part about the community so far would be that she really likes the residents and staff members here.

My sister recently moved to Three Creeks Senior Living. The staff answered all of our questions quickly, were immediately responsive to us before, during, and after her move. The food is excellent, her cottage is beautiful, property grounds are lovely, and the community warm and welcoming. Three Creeks not only met but exceeded our expectations - I feel secure in her safety and well-being there.

We love the Three Creeks Sr. Living facility where our brother now resides. They are professional, friendly, kind and truly care about their citizens that reside there. We have worked closely with [name removed] who has made this life changing move for our brother. She has been giving and compassionate not only to him, but my husband and me. Doing all this during the pandemic could have felt impossible, but they care about each and every reside and keep them safe and secure. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful, high quality living facility for their loved ones or themselves!

This was my first experience w/Three Creeks which was chosen by my half sister who is 88. Since I am in healthcare, and a license mental health professional I know what to look for in senior living. And also let me add to my personal experience in that my mother was in assisted living over 11 years in another city. I have been seriously impressed by Three Creeks. Super clean, paying very close attention to COVID demands. I'm thrilled they have a rehab group they work with that assesses the residents. My sister was not the easiest move/transition! The staff esp Kim have been awesome to work with. Their patience is unparalleled! The movers that work with them, Tracey et al, were awesome! I can't thank the team at Three Creeks enough. They have my highest recommendation! PS: I cannot comment on value as I'm not paying the bills!!

Three Creeks has been phenomenal! Mom & dad were in Independent Living and they loved it! When dad passed early May, we placed mom in memory care. All the staff have been very responsive, supportive and caring. It's been difficult for mom to understand what a health pandemic is and why we can't come in to see her; but [names removed] have all been awesome in keeping us informed. The front desk personnel from [name removed] to [name removed] are all wonderful and pleasant whenever we call. They had to move mom from independent living to memory care. They did it with quickness and provided a comfortable/home-felt environment for mom. You guys are doing great! I understand the hardship the pandemic has created for everyone and your community; but I appreciate the careful efforts taken to protect our high-risk loved ones during this time.

I'm happy that my mother is in this facility. They are so caring, friendly and I really appreciate everything they are doing to take care of my mother. Everytime I have gone to the facility it is always so clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing!!!!! Thank you for all that you are doing for my mother.

Dad is in the assisted living section. He had difficulties adjusting to the community. It's not clear whether there were any resident mentors or buddies assigned to assist with the transition. Overall it's a clean facility. The main concerns have been with the caregivers and whether their approach is suited for residents with dementia. He missed a meal or 2 because he didn't press his button during dining hours and the aids hadn't come to take him down to the dining room. The other concern is with his wheelchair. Twice the aids said they couldn't lower the leg piece. The leg piece was fine when I checked it. Meanwhile dad had to go without one leg piece the first time, and the second time he went to the dining room with his leg straight out in front of him. Hopefully these issues will become less frequent.

just concern of "spotty" appearance of seats on dining room chairs . . are they cleaned with some frequency . . . just asking . . Thanks

It appears aids in assisted living don't always have appropriate approach. Legs on the wheelchair have been a recurring issue that is a concern.
