Very nice place to live. Everyone is very helpful!
I feel safe and happy here. I have been here over 4 years. Everyone is so friendly here.
We love it here. We have had 2 family members here and have excellent care. The staff is excellent. The care and nurse are terrific. Activities are great!

I really like the quality of the food and the many options offered. Eating lunch and dinner with other people and talking to them is the best part of my day! The assistants help me whenever I need help. They are always nice and very patient.
I am giving them a 3.5 because I am having a lot of difficulty getting assistance from the wellness director. The first one never returned my calls or emails. They have a new one but I called 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a response. Overall it is a great facility, they just need some improvements in some places.

So far it is not really what our loved one and family expected, the day our loved ones moved in it was bought by StoryPoint, so there are a lot of changes. They are still in the process of looking for a new chef to improve the food, and we are hoping when the management settles down and gets into routine everything will improve.

From my understanding our friend seems to really like the meals and dinging. The activities are just now getting started after the covid pandemic, so they are making a good effort. Our friend really liked the spaces of the apartments and smallness of the community.

The cleanliness of the community is good, but the cleaning of the apartments is superficial. Our loved one stopped going to the dining room because of kitchen staff member was not the friendliest, the would not allow our loved one to sit at the tables they wanted. Also the meals are not gourmet, but they are what they advertise, and the hours for the meal times are not ideal. The last meal - dinner stops being served at 5:45. However we do think the value for cost overall is very good compared to other places. The apartment is very nice, it was a great balcony and the location is great for our family. The balcony makes an enormous difference for our loved one.

I would tell others it is a very nice place to be. It is one of the best I've seen. The food sometimes comes out cold, and the taste isn't always good. It is the same menu for three months in a row, with not a lot of variety. Some of the activities include live entertainment, games, shopping tours, and more for the residents to choose from.

We called to make an appointment. We were very impressed with the tour. The sales director, [name removed] very knowledgeable and found answers to questions she couldn't answer. [name removed], director of nursing also, very knowledgeable and answered those questions. It would be my choice, but Westerville Senior Living is closer to home and more accessible for us to reach Mom in a hurry if needed.

My loved one is very happy here. I like the community and it is very nice. The food quality is the only downfall. The food is usually is either dry or burnt. At the beginning the food was good and it has started to go downhill. The communication with the staff has been good and cordial.

Overall I thought the management was pretty good and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We chose this facility at the time because they processed long term care claims which was very important. Other than that it is an attractive facility and it was in a convenient location. I do think they could have improved with the meals. I would recommend Three Creeks to others looking.

We had my grandmother in this facility and she really thrived here. She was very resistant to be placed in a home but made lots of friends and enjoyed her time here. From eating meals with friends, to playing cards, to doing crafts and the fun activities; the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their time. Everyone is very personable in caring for the elderly and their families. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is seeking care for their loved ones.
