Our family had an in person tour with Inniswood Village and it was out second choice, it was very nice but we just didn't see the same connection with residents as the [community name removed] connection.
Our family had an in person tour with Inniswood Village Natinal Church and they were really nice tour experience but for our loved one, they were all more active and all included independent living. There was a memory care unit but it was usually small part of the total community, so it appeared to have less focus.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience but from everything we saw we just new it was not going to be the place for our loved one.
I toured this facility. The facility itself was good, but the tour was disappointing because the person wasn't available so I couldn't see the rooms.
Great here and told many people here the same.

Our family had a virtual tour with this community and even though it was virtual they were very good about communicating over zoom. We really appreciated how accommodating they were and how flexible they were with our schedule to allow us to have a virtual tour

this tour was exciting for me. the entire facility is decorated with simple, but attractive colors and architectural details. [name removed] generously took time to show the many features that are available to residents. she also provided tour time for several levels and sizes of apartments. she introduced us and our mom to numerous residents who were all friendly and encouraging - "you will love it here, do come". p.s. - mom is moving there.
I love Inniswood Village-it is new, beautiful and clean-but more importantly, the staff is wonderful-caring, responsive, friendly-it feels more like family here than any place I looked.
Thankful for the time and attention provided by [name removed] It is a lovely facility. Lunch was offered and it was tasty and pleasant. We had an impressive visit.
We chose Inniswood Village because my dad liked the serene setting and he already had physical and occupational therapist who were with the same organization, so we were with the same caregivers. The apartment sizes here are good as well.

I went with Inniswood Village because of the convenient location and they also had a lot of extras that I am able to make use of. I think the apartment sizes here are wonderful, my apartment has a balcony. I think it is very well run and maintained and I have no complaints. I would recommend and already have.

It's frustrating at times. Going in, we thought a few things would be different. Transportation has been one of those things, and a frustration for us. We have to take our loved one to a lot of her doctor's appointments. We were told they could provide reasonable transportation, yet they're only available to take her to appointments between 9 am to noon one day a week. It's hard to make everything happen and get everything scheduled in that tight timeframe. With nursing and staff, we didn't anticipate having to be so involved, and there's inconsistencies at times. I know that they're experiencing a lot of challenges with the current environment of Covid. It's a nice place overall, but we've had our issues. I think it's a nice facility, and I think when it gets up and running with activities that it presents a nice environment. One big plus is the quality of the food. It appears to be very good, and we don't take that lightly. I think that's a very important aspect, and they're doing a good job there.

Lovely facility and seemed to have all the right ammenities and assisted care. [name removed] was extreamly helpful and sent a lot of time with me through the tour. We have not made any decisions yet, but this facility appears to be nicely run.

This community is part of the national church residences. You can pay for services as you need them so there is not a big upfront fee. They have everything from independent living to memory care. The location is in a great neighborhood with a park close by. The communication between the staff and the family is good. We have received updates on any covid related issues as needed.

We chose Inniswood Village National Church Residences because it was the nicest looking facility, very new and the food here was very good. They are chef prepared meals. The best part about the community is that it is very well maintained and well run. Overall, I would recommend to others.

Beautiful facility. [Name removed] was very accommodating with my limited time to tour. I love the way residents can stay in the same unit when care needs change. I would be very comfortable having my mom living at Inniswood Village.
