I began a journey to find the right facility for my 109 year old GOD-Aunt; not due to convenience but out of necessity. We literally ran out of money for 24 hour around the clock care. This was disappointing for me during the tour. The residents had to share bathrooms and the rooms were smaller than expected. The walking area is small as well.
We chose Serenity Oaks because the staff members were really nice and I saw good reviews online which is why I went with this one over some other ones we looked into. The rooms here are good size for the money. They communicate really well with family members and I would recommend to others looking.

We are very happy with the community. Everyone is very friendly and the care is good. Our only issue is with the food they could serve more veggies. They have good communication. I would recommend this community to others.

January 15, 2021Thank you for your positive feedback! The meals are one of the thing that the residents rave about consistently. Good healthy, well balanced meals are so incredibly important.
I’m a healthcare worker who visits facilities on a regular basis. Things have been a little different now because of Covid but when I’m allowed in and to go see my patients everything is always clean, smells good and the residents are always happy. It is really the highlight of my day to be able to visit Serenity Oaks.

Thank God. What a blessing to have found This great group of warm care to akers For my mom. Love the new building. Mom has her own nice room. Had lunch with her Friday on my last visit. Feel real comfortable that mom is in good hands

I wish I could give 10 stars. This community is brand new and just what Live Oak needed. I moved my mom in hoping for something a little better than where she was previously living since this is closer to my home, and I cannot express how happy we are. The staff is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is professional and courteous. You can tell they really love the residents. The owner has been such a blessing. I feel so comfortable with her and she has really gone above and beyond to educate our family on my moms dementia. I highly recommend Serenity Oaks Memory Care.

I am a medical provider and have been to many facilities to care for the elderly. This facility is one of the best I’ve seen. The facility is beautiful but wouldn’t be everything it is without the staff who are amazing! The staff were helpful, friendly & kind. They treat the residents like family. It is truly like being in a home.
