Pacifica Senior Living Belleair

Our family is happy with our choice to have mom at Pacifica for her care. The staff kept us informed and really seemed to care about her needs. The smaller "pod" environment was the best option for her, instead of the larger, multistory facilities.

Initially I had severe doubts. Its hard to let go of a beloved husband. But in time it is improving. I'd like the aides to stay longer so the know them.

Pacifica Belleair is a nice residential living option for assisted living or memory care patients. The single story cottages help to create a family oriented environment, and the outside gazeboes and walking areas are an added bonus. The staff is supportive and caring.

Facility is clean and very hospitable. During COVID, they took all the necessary precautions. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Caregivers are short-staffed but all are very good at their jobs and helpful to everyone.

The staff at Pacifica are very attentive warm and nice to the residence there my dad is very very happy to be there

I visited the facility on Tuesday, November 29th, to see my former mother-in-law. Your staff in Cottage 3 were very helpful in supporting my visit which was the first time that I had ever been to the location. My son and his family members visit her with some frequency, but I live in Iowa and only get down to the Tampa Bay Area every now and then. I spent twenty-five years working as an EMT/paramedic in Hillsborough County during the early 1970s-mid 1990s. I was in and out of numerous health care facilities in the area picking up and dropping off patients during that time period and often saw conditions that, to say the least, were not always the best for the residents. I was QUITE impressed with the resident situation that I encountered during my unannounced visit. You and your staff are obviously concerned with providing the best living conditions possible for those who are no longer able to care for themselves. I just wanted to say "Thank You" for caring!

Moving mom into a memory care facility was a difficult decision but we are so glad that it was Pacifica that we chose. It is truly a blessing knowing that Mom is getting the care and attention that she needs with respect, dignity and reassurance of well being. The staff works with the residents to keep their minds active and help them cope with their daily needs and health issues. The positive outlook they provide helps the residents feel they matter. They provide activities and make every day enjoyable. During visits with mom I could see that, not only the staff, but the other residents truly care for one another. What a wonderful reassurance to a resident’s family. The staff reassures the residents’ families that protocols, policies and procedures are followed which provides peace of mind. Thank you for all that you do every day. You are all truly special people for the job you do and the sacrifices you make to care for others. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

I would tell others that I was very disappointed in how they cleaned the bathrooms. Their trash is not picked up daily. The food was ok, they just repeated the meals a lot so there was not a lot of variety on the menu. I cannot comment on the activities due to covid. The staff were friendly enough but they argued and did not seem to get along very well. One night they actually had to call the police to break up one of the fights. Overall, I would not recommend this facility at all.

I found inexperienced uncaring "caregivers", except for one. All staff changing often. I was there almost every day helping take care of my loved one. I cannot think of a single thing that operated well - lack of activities, cleanliness, food & water, laundry, etc. No longer there.

Okay, but don't know what to compare it with. Maintenance is great.

Very well kept inside and out. Residents seemed happy and acknowledged by administration.

The friendly and caring staff are just what my mother needed. Food is good and activities are plentiful.

Fantastic, pleasant, and just over all great place. I just love the the women that clean my room. I go down to eat, come back and the place is spotless. The food just wonderful too!

I just love this community. There is a new Executive Director the associates and residents seem so happy! This community is so unique with the different buildings and this allows for more attention to the residents. By the way the food is spectacular!

I would like to give a shout out to the employees of Pacifica, especially the groups working in cottage 1 and 3, twice a week and do as needed. I entered both 1 & 3 cottages to assist my participants for PACE.
