Highly recommend

Staff is super nice. It’s very clean. My dad is happy there. [name removed] is amazing. We needed to find a place for my Dad asap. She made this all happen in 6 days. She is very responsive to any communication. We even get to bring my dog to visit which the residents love. My daughter also wanted to go sing for the residents and they were thrilled and super flexible in making it happen.... Read more

Not a welcoming place

We had a scheduled appointment with the Admissions Manager at The Brunswick at Attleboro. The receptionist was great, asked us if we wanted something to drink until the admissions person was ready for us. Unfortunately the Admissions manager was rude when she came out to greet us, she came out of her office mad that we didn’t have a scheduled appointment. We said that we spoke to her last week and this admissions person belittled us in front of staff and some other elderly people who lived at this community. Very unprofessional. Luckily we brought a copy of the email with us, cause we had questions written down from her email to us. She ran back her office and realized that she screwed up. A nurse and a office staff member came up to us to apologize for our experience. The nurse explain that she use to be work in activities (can’t image if one of the patients crossed her). Needless to say the Admissions manager gave us a tour, we were rushed in our tour & she seemed pissed off.

A Place for Mom has scored Oxford Crossings 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
