At Holland Village, residents are a part of an upscale retirement lifestyle. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Delaware river, this community beautifully shows off its modern architecture with a touch of charm. It’s settled on a lovely green lot and is conveniently close to health centers and hospitals. Within the retirement community, all residents can take advantage of rehabilitation services and a monthly calendar of activities for all levels of care.

The staff and residents made it so welcoming upon arrival. The activities and dining hall are a great social avenue. We got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it's perfect for what they need. Great size. It has a fireplace, dining room, full kitchen, outdoor patio. Beautiful. Amenities are fine for us. They couldn't possibly do it all. But nice to have so many different options.

The employees at Holland Rehab Center treat their patients with kindness and respect. Everyone I have met there is consistently helpful in caring for my 93 year old mother. We value their service and the past five years has been a lot less stressful because of their quality care.

My mother has resided in the Assisted Living community at Holland Village since about [date removed] My overall experience with the Personal care Unit has been quite positive. I realize there are many challenges in staffing a Retirement Community to care for its elderly residents in this day and age but overall I think Holland Village steps up to provide commendable services in most all areas. If I were to mention my concerns it would be to make visitors feel a bit more welcomed upon entering the Personal Care Lobby. This is not always the case. And from the perspective of a family member with a parent living in Personal Care it would be helpful to have some sort of personnel guide available so I know which staff member to contact when questions come up about my mothers heath and overall well being. Thank you...Robert Holland

My mom was very sick upon arrival and got much worse. She ended up leaving in distress because her oxygen level was very low, and she was in a-fib. Holland Village refused to refund the extremely large deposit despite only being there four days. She paid over [fee removed]. I personally believe they misled me right from the beginning on being able to care for my Mom. The only person I commend us the nurse who called the ER.

The sales staff is great and answered every question we had. The staff in general are excellent and very friendly. It's a very welcoming community. The on-site medical and physical therapy services are very convenient. The maintenance staff is outstanding and very responsive. I think the gym and the pool could be updated. And some of the common areas could be better landscaped for a better view. There have also been some challenges due to Covid. The dining room has closed periodically, and the takeout/brown bag options are not good. But when the dining room is open, the food is good. Also when not limited by Covid, the activities are excellent. It's expensive, but overall I think it's worth it.

I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This isn't a friendly place, as residents stay in their own rooms. There isn't a lot of socialization between residents. The food is low average, and there is a weekly menu available. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment is lovely.

A very nice facility. But their website says "Our affordable entrance fees are designed to match varying budgets and needs." It goes on to say "Affordable Monthly Fees." My dictionary says affordable means modest, reasonable, economical. Twining Village is more "high-end." Very nice if you can afford it.

I have lived in Twining Village for 17 years now. I have never questioned for a minute of that time as to whether I made the right move. It has been and continues to be a terrific place to live! I love the sense of community and the friendliness of both residents and staff. Living here affords me the opportunity to live independently and travel without the worries of home ownership. I feel safe and secure here and treasure the friendships I have.

I've lived here more than five years. It is the best decision I have made. I love it here. The community, residents and staff are very friendly. Even though I still drive, I take the bus often. The drivers are very helpful. I enjoy the trips we take to the Bristol Theater and to restaurants, exhibits, train trips. There is a lot to do here as well. We have a garden club, bridge club, Mah Jong club, canasta, shuffle board in the summer. I was also in healthcare for rehab when I had double knee replacements. I can't say enough good things about my time there. I looked at another community, even put a deposit down on two. Twinning is a good fit for me.

I love living in this community for the past 8 months. My daughter lives on Lower Holland Rd and son in Richboro. It is a beautiful area. As for my view, I have the best. I feel safe and do not worry. Everyone is so friendly. The staff will help you if they can.

This is a great facility! The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly, and they are sure to cater to my father's needs. There are plenty of activities for my father to participate in. In addition to this, the location of the facility was great for our individual needs and preference.

This was a good place for my mom's respite stay. The staff were nice. They offered daily activities and she liked to play bingo. The food was ok. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.
