My loved one is currently a resident at Oxford Crossings and this facility has been great! Both the staff and the residents have made this an easy transition. My loved one has had no complaints about the food. The facility is very clean. The in-house doctor has been readily available. My loved one and I are very happy with everything so far. I would recommend Oxford Crossings to others.

My experience with Oxford Crossings is based on a tour conducted by a Senior Care Advisor there. The campus was beautifully maintained inside and outside. The resident rooms that were available to view were spacious and bright, and the common areas were plentiful and clean. The dining room was well lit with natural light. Many of the residents were partaking in activities while I was there, including games and physical therapy. The advisor patiently answered my numerous questions and provided me with an incredible amount of helpful information. While we have chosen a different place for my mom, it was by no means because of lack of confidence in Oxford Crossings. I encourage you to take a look for yourself.

A few weeks back, I was looking for a place for my Father. He was looking for an apartment coming from a skilled facility. [name removed] promptly returned my call, spoke to me about my options and had pleasure of meeting several staff. All were amazing and attentive. My Father sadly moved into a VA home due to his health but I would recommend this place! The staff are empathic, warm and helpful. I wish we had come to this place sooner in his life. I would recommend this place for any member of my family.

The team here was very good. They are very encouraging. I feel safe. I enjoy the activities. We have a lot more options now with activities. They give us a calendar so we know what’s happening during the day. I enjoy playing cards with my friends and playing bingo. I get PT four times a week.

Oxford Enhanced Senior Living (formerly Attleboro) had a change in ownership in November 2021. Coming on the heels of COVID stressors, this was a massive transition to get through and there was ALOT to address. I have been so impressed with the new management and staff at Oxford. I see that the basics are now well managed: rooms are cleaned, staff responds to calls, medications are given properly, the food is good, residents are known and valued as individuals. But, as importantly, I have seen that staff at Oxford is acting like a team - they smile, they care, they engage with the residents, they respond to my concerns (quickly). I recently wrote to the administrator giving many specific examples of the care and kindness that has been shown to my Mom and to myself by her and her team. I know that caring for older people is hard work and I wanted them to know how much I appreciated them. I hope this helps with your search - it can be a tough time and I wish you all the best.

Over a year ago, my family realized my wife needed more care than I could provide. We did not want to move but realized it was the right thing to do. We decided we would both come here. She is happy, I get to see her everyday. I've made friends here and it really has been the best thing. The staff is is wonderful.

I like it here because at home I was bored. I am surrounded by people. I never call my family to complain. My days go boom boom boom, I have a schedule and a routine. I am happy here. I play my country music and while that is playing I watch a movie. The meals are different than home, but I am never hungry. Excellent, Really Excellent. I am really happy they have something like this.

As an r evident of Oxford Crossing, I find that the most important part is the staff of health care providers. My experience is that they are competent, caring and resourceful, providing expert assistance when problems arise with medical suppliers and doctor’s instructions. The medical technicians here are supportive, friendly, and understanding of my issues.

First. There are no perfect places. My Mom was at Oxford 6 months before she passed. She was well taken care of. I was there multiple times a week to check. I found the facility clean. The staff attentive and caring. I requested that they get Mom involved in the activities. They did that. With all the different backgrounds and cultures and restrictions that the chefs had to deal with the food was a challenge. However, I had meals there and not as spicey as I like them but still nutritious and tasty. The activities were customized to the clientele's abilities. When Mom started to need more care the staff responded. It is always a tough decision to have to place a parent into a facility. Having said that and explored other facilities and talking to staff members of Oxford and care workers that rotate to a number of facilities, I don't think I made a bad choice. By the way, Mom was 96. One criticism that I definitely have is that the billing department is terrible.

The food is here is pretty good. There are times where I might not like the option, but they always provide a great alternate option. Even when I am not feeling well they bring food to my room. I am always able to get help when I need it.

The new owners have destroyed the old Brunswick. The food is horrible and the upper management doesn’t even know the residents or their families. Understaffed is an understatement!

My mother was at this facility twice. The first time being with different owners. I sent out various emails to management staff pertaining to never receiving a bill for the portion of the last month she was still at the facility and never receiving her security deposit within 30 days of her discharge. Management staff was horrible with responding to emails or voicemails and remained vague with any answers if answering at all. I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my elder attorney. After almost 2 months after her discharge I finally received a portion of my mother's security deposit back with a large portion deducted (outside of the pro rated amount for the time she was still there during the last month of her stay) There was no explanation regarding what was deducted from her security deposit just a check. These new owners seems to be money hungry and tried to avoid giving back any of my mothers security deposit back until I contacted the Better Business Bureau

for someone who has worked in this industry there are better places around the area, the new company is more worried about saving money then putting good product out, and more worried about saving money then putting it towards its workers who are being worked to death especially being short staffed.

A Place for Mom has scored Oxford Crossings 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
