I chose Overture Sugar Land because I actually watched the place being built, it is in a great location close to anything you may need but it is also quiet. The apartment sizes go up to 2 bedrooms and those are about 1100 square feet and the single bedrooms about about 850 square feet. I have a single and am happy with the size. I have a balcony off of mine as do the other apartments. All staff and personnel are friendly and on top of things. I definitely would recommend to others looking.... Read more

Our family had an in person tour with Overture Sugar Land and I thought the experience and the community as a whole was a great experience, but the location was just not the best for me.
poor maintenance. Refrigerator doesn't work. I have been throwing. food every week. They have not been able to fix in two month. Every time they come I have to empty refrigerator. We are retired don't have energy to clean refrigerator. every week.
This community was out of our budger. We really liked it but we knew that we could not afford this community.

It is a great place for your loved one. They go above and beyond on your expectations. The staff are very nice and friendly. This is a nice community. The food is good-during the pandemic the food was delivered to the residents. They have happy hour, breakfast Monday through Friday. It is a great value. The residents are friendly. They have a community garden.

I chose Overture Sugar land because they offered independent living, I liked the location of the facility, and also the quality of the property of my apartment. My apartment is wonderful, I have a single bedroom with a studio and it is very spacious and nice as any house I have been in. The kitchen is great and very well equip. I would tell others to take a virtual tour, it will speak for itself. It is a quality environment and worth the money.
