Positive first impression. The facility very clean through out. Her room smelled of urine from down the hall. Always greeted and helped when I had a question. They accepted her in assisted living. She probably needed more services. Rarely saw staff on the floor unsure what their ratio was. She did not go down for meals. They brought them up to her. Most of the time she was sleeping. Don't want to down grade staff because we bought insufficient level of care. I have no working knowledge in regards to the food. She maintained weight so at least OK. She does not actively engage. E.g meals brought to her. From observations, they have an active general schedule that included family members. Socials, holidays, etc. Very competitive pricing to begin. Several management/marketing changes within months. Increased service related charges. Unsure if it was because she needed additional help or there was an overall nice to revenue generation. There has been a lot of turnover in staff (i think this is the 4th executive director in a year). When first moved in, staff was super attentive and meals were great. Quality has gone down in all areas. Billing is a nightmare as well. You cannot get a clear statement of charges. Due to these issues, at the moment, I would not recommend Mirabella to others looking for care for a loved one. Especially if the elder is stubborn and particular.

I love the new director there and there are a few R.A.'s that are just precious. [name removed], the head med tech, is fantastic. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

I just wanted to take a few minutes and say what a wonderful Activity Director Mirabella has. [name removed], is very outgoing and full of energy and so good with the residents and their families. She always has a smile on her face and is so kind and friendly. Not everyone is friendly at Mirabella. She is a wonderful Activity Director and I hope Mirabella knows how good she is. I have been to other Assisted Living places and they don’t have anyone like [name removed]. She is the best. Hang on to her. She makes the place fun!!!!

The aids were always available when [name removed] needed them. The food was pretty good most of the time. They always had choices for the residents. The beauty shop lady was very accommodating to [name removed] and tried to work with her on the scheduling. The maintenance guys were helpful as well. The laundry lady was helpful as well. The prices were fair and reasonable.

To be honest, there was a hiccup when moving in and ended up with a different room and not the one I picked out. I know mistakes are made and was compensated on my community fee. I am struggling with the survey but wanted to provide more context. My mom is very happy there and is more engaged than she has been in a long time which is awesome. It is an old building and hard to keep looking nice all the time. I have had no issues with the care services, but someone else has had a little. The meals overall are good most of the time but occasionally run out of items and some meals are better than others. The activities are varied and inclusive. [name removed] does a great job and my mom participates in many. The value for cost is a 5 based off other facilities I prices. I would recommend to others and it is an overall nice community with a friendly staff which genuinely care about the residences. My family member has enjoyed the time there.

I would recommend it to others. The food is outstanding and so far the care of the residence is good. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes it's hard getting to speak with the nursing staff. You have to leave multiple messages and just keep trying back before you can get to speak with the nursing staff. I feel like it would help if they had a better system or way to communicate with family members and residents with questions. Other than that so far, everything has been great.

I actually chose this facility because my best friend had her dad there before he passed and she highly recommended it. Great price on care...apartment is very nice and priced comparison to others but cost of care is much less than her previous facility. My mother is very happy at Mirabella! Staff is great...they have a concierge daily until 730pm just to answer questions and help residents.

Instead of letting you know that your loved one is struggling and showing signs of a serious medical condition they prefer to let them languish. The director, the district manager ( who comments on here that they are ‘residents first’), and Human Resources will completely ignore you despite multiple calls/emails. They just say they’re too busy. There’s a new nurse every time I try to get ahold of one. Yep, they won’t call you back either. They don’t care one bit. Don’t move your loved one here. They just don’t care about anything but money.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mirabella Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall things have been good for her. However, her room smells like urine each time that we visit. We're unsure if it is soiled laundry or her, but we're working to get a better understanding.

It's clean. Some staff is attentive. Lots of turnover in only 2 months. Fit my parent's' budget

The leasing and move in experience with Mirabella Living and Memory Care was very positive. The staff is very helpful. The housekeeping is better than when my family member lived at home. Communication is good with my family member who is very alert and the staff. The move in process went smooth and the meals are good. We would definitely recommend Mirabella Living and Memory Care to other families.

My loved one lives at Mirabella Living and Memory Care and things have been good for her at this facility. The staff is great. The food is good when the Chef cooks, otherwise the desserts are pre-made and come frozen. They are supposed to have a bus to transport people in wheelchairs for shopping, activities and medical appointments, but they have not had one available since my loved one moved in a few months ago. Overall, I would recommend the facility for the price. The only drawback is that the residents are bored here.

Mirabella Living and Memory Care is a very nice facility- it is comfortable and attractive. The staff are all helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mirabella to other families lookin without any reservations.

This is an older building; however ,the staff do the best they can with it. The nursing and caregiving staff are good. The staff communication with the family and friends has been good when we have questions about our loved one. They stay on top of care for the residents. There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. The meals served are pretty good in taste.

Mirabella Living was a great place. The food was great. The staff were great. It was a smooth transition getting my person in there and getting her moved. And I enjoyed visiting her there.
Mirabella Living is just the greatest place. The people are nice and friendly. In the six months my loved one has been there, I've had no problems with their staff. She was in a couple of other places before that were terrible. This place is great. The rooms are clean and organized all the time. They had a group doing Christmas carols when I just visited. And the staff is wonderful, every one of them.

We toured Mirabella Living & Memory care; it was very dark and old. We chose another community because Mirabella wouldn't have been a good fit for my loved one.
