My father is at The Vantage Independent Living and really loves where he is at. My father is one of the official volunteers who welcomes everyone, so I know he is having a wonderful time there. The only meal options require breakfast and lunch/dinner. This is not a horrible issue (and I understand the cost), but it would be nice to choose any two meals of the day. Although the Vantage at Cityview had some amazing people in Memory care, the overall experience is way over-rated. Cleanliness of Memory Care and staff to patient ratio is way low on the scale. Food is moderate at best. Activities is very good but cost does not match overall amenities. Raised my Moms rent $770/month with no additional care. Higher management is raping the elderly at limited income with no regard for any additional care or amenities. Jolie is phenomenal at being in charge of Memory care but as with corporate America the higher ups are stuffing their pockets at the expense of our elderly and mentally challenged loved ones. A disgrace. I'd do my homework before admitting my loved one to the Vantage.

The Vantage at Cityview is awesome. We chose this facility because they offered more for the amount of money. The rooms here are very nice, the staff members are available at anytime, and any issues you have they get them resolved quickly. They do the best they can to switch up the meals and give residents a good variety. I would recommend to others looking.

The Vantage is a really nice facility. It has a fated parking lot and memory care was on the 4th floor, so there were too many codes that he would have to remember to get in.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really nice facility but it was just way to large for our loved one.

I changed my review from 5 stars to 2, after contacting corporate and got NO response. The food has gone really, really bad. It improved for a while last year while an executive from corporate worked there, then went down to worse than ever. The residents ALL complain about it to each other, but are sadly too intimidated to complain to the cook and management. And the management takes advantage of their intimidation. What do seniors have to look forward to as much as a tasty meal? Well, not here they don't. When I visit mom end of September I'll take her and her friends to check out better homes for them. They deserve to get what they're paying for, and here they no longer care. Don't move in here.

Great staff who has plenty of energy to keep the residents happy. Building and grounds are perfectly maintained. They have great transportation for the residents. Activities are outstanding with several areas to have multiple events and the same time.

My husband and I toured The Vantage, looking for a new home for Mom. The facility was very clean and decorated for the holidays. For me, the Vantage was too large of a facility; they only had studio and one bedroom suites. The rooms seemed a little small for my Mom. It is conveniently located near shopping and doctors; easy access to the highway.

The Vantage is a beautiful well kept community. The staff is very attentive to the residents and their families. The residents are also great. They care about their neighbors and take care of eachother.

The food in the dining room is terrible. The limited menu is repetitive with no real options to choose from.

The service at The Vantage is really nice, there is always someone at the front desk, they always know where to direct people, but are not high pressure, and the place is elegant inside, yet comforting. The food is rather good, but there are not as many options as I thought there might be. This place is busy. There are so many activities going on, it's always buzzing with excitement. The Vantage is always tidy, and the maintenance is very fast to answer requests as well.

I toured lots of places and when I toured this community it was fabulous. We were very impressed with how pretty and clean it was .The staff was nice and helped with all our questions. Was in my top 3 to chose from they just had a waiting list. So we had to go elsewhere.
