My stress level concerning my Mom has plummeted now that she is in the good care of the Maple Ridge Staff. She seems to be having a great time, making new friends. She loves the staff, always telling me how friendly and nice they are to her and the other residents. I know someone is always available to make sure she is taking her meds in proper doses and there to help in case of a fall. I am 100 % satisfied and grateful that I found Maple Ridge for my Mom.... Maple Ridge has been a big improvement. I spend less time worrying about [name removed] care. There is always room for improvement, but overall I'm pleased and I would recommend this community to other families

I would rate all of the above as 5's. I'm very happy with the care she is receiving. It is family orientated and the staff is wonderful with my mom. There are once a month family nights. They have a variety of activities for my mom and they also do activities off campus for the more mobile patients. Which my mom is.

Food is very good. They've had the same chef for decades. They are in process of updating the cottages.

This is the 2nd facility I have had my wife in. The first had problems keeping management and that trickled down through the ranks. I felt care was being adversely affected. Actually heard about Maple Ridge from the marketing person at another senior community I visited.

My Mother-in-law has been living at Maple Ridge for 1 1/2 years now and from the day we went to view it for her to live there, we were/and still are very happy with the facility. I love that each house is set up like a small ranch house with no steps, a large dining area for all to eat to together and a living room area for all to use. If something were to happen in her room and yelled for help/or pushed her alert button on her necklace, someone will always be close enough to hear/or be there in a matter of moments. They are always making sure she has her meds and they ALWAYS make sure she eats every meal. Took some time, but she loves a lot of the activities they have for them, like Bingo and especially Happy Hour! I thank them for being there for her while my husband and I have to continue to work, thus the reason we were looking for a place that she would feel safe and comfortable living at.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience the staff we met with were all very friendly
The staff that I have met are very nice and they have been very professional. They are very kind and very attentive with my loved one. I would say to take a look at this community. This community has some very positive aspects. I would recommend this community as one of the ones to look at. They are keeping things clean at the community and helping the residents when needed. My loved one is happy here and she feels safe and that is one of the most important factors.

This community was okay but my mother is a smoker and this was not really an environment where my loved one would be able to comfortably smoke. They gave me a lot of info and answered all questions that I had while touring this community.
My mom's care at Maple Ridge is world-class: sensitive to her medical, social and emotional needs and kind to our whole family. I highly recommend Maple Ridge with my whole heart.

I was not a fan of Maple Ridge. The facility itself needs some updates and TLC. The bathing is very odd, you have to schedule when to be bathed and there is 1 main bathing station so you get no privacy. The rooms here also looked very tight.
Mom spent 7 years in a Senior apartment, until she could no longer manage her meds. 3 years here, we grew to love Every Staff member we met. They are consistently kind and Patient. The cottages are beautiful! Then, suddenly, we were not allowed in. When we Did get in I was disappointed- her suite was awash in clutter and she sat, shivering, in a chair. Bed didnt even have linens. Still, they did their very best, the best they could POSSIBLY do in a Pandemic world crisis and YES - We would DEFINITELY recommend THEM again and again and AGAIN!

I loved the tucked-away location of Maple Ridge! The set-up has a cottage type, relaxing vacation type of feel with a home-like comfort and coziness! The floor plans were simple . . . not easy for a resident to get lost, the rooms were cheerful and clean, and the safety & security of residents seems to be a top priority! I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the ratio of help per resident (1 resident per 6 to 8 assistants) --- [name removed]

I am very happy with the community. My loved one seems to enjoy it. It is a good value and I would recommend it. It is friendly and clean. The staff communication with the family is good. They send out a weekly email. If there are any concerns about my loved one the staff call me

My mom was in the memory care unit here during covid. Generally, everything here was pretty good. Most of the nurses were really great. She had a fully and they said they could take care of it but we did have some constant issues with it. They do only have 1 washing machine per building and there are 12 residents per building which caused an issue. My mom did eat well here and she really enjoyed the activities provided before the director left. They were very helpful and I would tell others to check it out and do not be afraid to move your loved one if you do not feel it is the right fit.

I would tell friends that this is the place I would go back to. This is a smaller one story community with walking paths. The food was bland and not a good source of balanced meals. It was also repetitive.

Compared to other communities Maple Ridge was a better price, and the care services were excellent. They also offered a lot of activities, they always had something going on. The food was really good, and nice large portions.

The staff was awesome and they made an effort to get to know my mom, and they took good care of her there. they were open to feedback. I would recommend this facility to others, but be vocal about the care you want your loved one to receive and follow up.
