I would say it is definitely a community you should consider. The evening and night staff were not as attentive as they should have been. They were not consistent with a night-time regiment and did not check on him enough during the night.

[names removed] will make you pull your hair out. Personal experience. [name removed] the daytime medtech will falsify documentation and HIPPA violations occur, upper management does not care. This community matched in a positive way everything I was looking for in a community. The staff communication has been very good if the family has questions or concerns about our loved one. My loved one feels the food is fabulous. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities include games, sing alongs, music, entertainment, and more for the residents to participate in.

Best retirement home out there hands down. The staff cares about their patients & it shows. Any time I'm up there, it's always smiles from everyone. They are the true definition of professionalism. I am grateful for all of them.

After touring 10 properties, we narrowed our focus to two. Legacy by far was the best choice for our mom. The staff is so caring; from the office to the caregivers to the dining room. The apartments are spacious, light, and bright. Most importantly, our mom loves her new home!!!

I am a professional musician and I am honored to play for the residents here. They are wonderful and appreciative of the music, and it is a joy to connect with them through the songs. Music can do that instantly, in a way that no other can. The staff and management here are very welcoming and seeing how they treat the residents makes me feel like it is a community that I would, without hesitation, have my mom stay - had she been still with us!

I have lived in Legacy for about six years. My stay here was very good. All situations well taken care if. From housekeeping to medications, to entertainment. I am very well pleased with all the staff. They are very accommodating and helpful. My favorite area is on the 2nd floor looking over the main entrance where I do my puzzles with very little interrupting. Overall I am very pleased living here. I have been here 2 years and 3 months.

I was looking for a place for my mom & dad. I live outside the area and wanted to make sure I found a place that I could trust while I'm not around and have a family atmosphere to ensure they are taking care of all the time. I toured many facilities and narrowed it down to a few. I choose this place because of the family atmosphere, friendly staff, and caring team. My mom loved it, she felt it was like living in a nice hotel/condo. The only thing I have heard from my parents is the food could have a little more flavor, but they are never leaving hungry. There is a lot of new staff members to support the residence coming onboard, and each day they are getting better. My parents are very happy and I love that they are being taking care of like they are family. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking for their love ones to be cared for as family.

One of the things I find most comforting and assuring about Legacy Mesa is the stability of the staff. My in-laws have been living at Legacy for about two and half years and there has been very little turnover in staff. This allows the staff and residents to become familiar with each other and to form real bonds and even friendships. My husband and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. The care-givers and med-techs are caring and kind. The administrative staff is very responsive and willing to help when necessary.
