Cadence Garner is absolutely fantastic. We were hesitant to put our Mom into assisted living but she has been happy at Cadence and we have felt like they work with us every step of the way. The staff are amazing.

Our family had an in person tour with Cadence at Garner and overall we were just not impressed with the person who we spoke with and who led the tour.
Much less impressive, once you get in. Serious issues with health related care of resident. The other residents, the food, the maintenence team and the concierge.

The staff are ALL friendly at Cadence at Garner. They take out my loved one's trash 1-2 times daily and deep clean one time a week. They have a system to communicate with us about special events. They communicate well with changes in medication. My loved one fell one morning recently and the nurse technician called us immediately at 5:53 AM to inform us and to let us know that she was okay. They have a good variety of meals and at breakfast my loved one has finally started to ask for eggs if they are not on the menu. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They try to be helpful and attentive, but like a lot of places, they are short staffed at times. Especially at night. They have hired contract people which are great when they are there. My mother is not thrilled over the taste of the food. Just go into any place with eyes wide open and know that no place is perfect.

My loved one loves the food here and looks forward to going to meals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends!

They were great. The staff was very warm and friendly - it seemed like they were going out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated that while my aunt was here. I would absolutely recommend Cadence at Garner to others.

They are not very good about being clear on the services like what he is getting/what is is not getting etc. There are just little things like that they could improve on communication wise, we have had to reach out multiple times and ask the questions rather than it all being laid out for us. I think they could do a better job of helping the families and the new residents get adjusted. The facility is very nice and clean and they have a lot of great activities provided for the residents, but I do think they could do a better job of encouraging them to join in. They have a family app where you can see what activities your loved one is participating in which is nice. The staff are all very friendly and I know that they have their hands full.

We liked the community. We chose another community due to a friend's referral initially.
The Cadence at Garner is a very clean community and we really like that there are some independent residents living there. The location works really well for us, we are super close by and it is a pet friendly community. Based on our overall experience we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is nice but the service is not good. It's difficult to get in touch with management. They have had a lot of turnover. I have found my loved one sick and laying in vomit. The experience right now has not been positive. I can see visible leftover vomit there. The management is not doing a good job communicating these issues. The same issues keep repeating themselves. I have tried to communicate with them. I need a lot more than what I am getting. She will be in the same clothes for days.
We chose Cadence at Garner because my mother really liked the look and feel of the facility and everybody was extremely friendly. They seemed to have a lot of activities provided. The location was also great for our family. The rooms are a good size and are up to date. The staff has been really good to work with, administrative staff are especially responsive when we have any issues. We have had some problems with the overnight staff, but I know that happens everywhere. Overall we would recommend them to other looking.

The staff were incredible to work with. My loved one enjoyed the food and was very comfortable to meet and make friends here. My loved one even enjoyed playing the piano. They provided great care for my family and loved one.

We had a great tour with Cadence at Garner and were very impressed. My loved one was not needing a facility right away, but when she does this will definitely be a place we will want to consider.
My wife and I made the right move in moving my father in law in to this community. [name removed] the Marketing Director was very honest, upfront, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She made the admission process so easy and for that we are so grateful. [name removed] the Activity Director has really taken the time with my father in law, and has made sure that he was social and happy. I have also been extremely impressed with how this company has handled the pandemic, all to keep our loved ones and the staff safe. The added precautions that have been put in place, the communication that has been given to the family members, all has not gone unnoticed.

It is a small community which I like. Everyone knows each other by name and the community has a nice family feel. It is nicely decorated and updated but still has that homey feel. The food is very good and they have a lot of menu options. Outdoor space is great, they have wonderful rocking chairs out front. They have nice patios in the back for gathering areas.Cadence at Garner is a very nice place.
