The Brookdale Orange Park staff is absolutely wonderful. They all [names removed] have been so very supportive of mom, and my brother and I as well. Mom did have a period that was difficult to transition from her completely independent home life to Assisted Living outside of her home. We could not ask for a better living situation than Orange Park Brookdale!

Visited my neighbor many times. She seems happy and well taken care of. Place is very clean. I even joined her for a meal which was really good.

I like that we get respect and that the staff is respected. I love that we have a "kudos" wall. There is a big group to keep us safe and happy, always there to help. It feels like a big family.

The whole staff is great..The facility is older, But they are putting in new carpet and they keep everything clean. I would recommend Brookdale Orange Park to others who are looking for their loved ones.

The staff is extremely attentive and caring. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The patio area was lovely, and residents were enjoying the outdoors. My friend says she is well cared for and loves the meals.

This is the 3rd facility that my mom has lived in and by far she enjoyed this one the most. The nurses and nursing assistants have treated my mother with care and respect. They checked on her at meal times and also throughout the day just to see how she doing and if she needed anything. Wonderful people!! I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff that have been taking care of my mom. Thank you all for caring about my mom and her needs! The building itself could use some remodeling and upgrades but overall if my mom is happy and is being taken care of that’s all that matters. The residents have all been amazing and my mom has made some great friends. Mom has made progress recovering after her stroke and will be going home on Friday. I know she will miss all of her friends.

Brookdale OP is very welcoming! Their staff members make residents feel safe and loved. They settle into their community and it becomes home. I really appreciate everyone here for making my brother feel at home and happy.

Brookdale was our #1 choice after viewing and researching several senior communities! Staff, management, and facilities are awesome! This was a difficult decision but Brookdale was definitely the right choice for my mom.

Our family had an in person tour and overall it was a god tour experience but the price was a la cart and we wanted something that was going to be staying the same
This is a good place for my loved one. The staff take care of him and do a good job working with me also. My loved one likes different types of food and more of country cooking so he struggles with the meals sometimes but other than this they do a good job. They have activities like coloring, puzzles, workbooks and more for the residents to do to stay occupied and having fun. They also have cooking classes and my loved one likes this. They also have outings for the residents for them to get out in the community and do things.
