This place is incredible, really. My experience looking at different facilities was truly eye-opening. The facilities were on par money-wise but were dreary and very institutional. Sapphire at Moran Vista is comfortable and warm feeling. The staff are pretty much all great and very personable. It just felt right from the very first meeting with [Name removed]! She is genuine, knowledgeable, and has been incredibly helpful through intake to the Medicaid process. Title would say, 'Topnotch place for my mom and my family!' Thank you for helping me find this place. Such a relief to know she's being looked after, cared for and assisted here.
We chose Colonial Court because of the overall atmosphere, it was very positive and inviting. The staff has been fantastic and they really make you feel like they care about your loved one.
