I find the staff very friendly and very caring. They really like what they are doing and love the people they are helping. I think they are a bit understaffed at times. That being said, everything does seem to get done. The house is spacious and well furnished, with many recliners in the TV room and a second "quiet" living room. The back yard is wonderful with a large grassy yard, patio and bbq. Dad loves sitting out there in the spring and summer. The managers are very willing to work with your specific needs and want to make it possible for their renters to be able to stay for the long term. I would recommend the Open Door.... Read more
