Memory Care
My Mom moved into Heritage Green Assisted Living in January, 2019 and has been very satisfied there. I have been very impressed with the staff and how they care for the residents. There is always some type of activity going on that Mom can participate in to keep herself occupied. The facility is clean and the meals are excellent. Mom has actually gained weight since she has been there which is a good thing. The move into Heritage Green has been a very good experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for an assisted living opportunity.
This is a beautiful community. The assisted living area does offer more activities and amenities than the memory care unit. The assisted living area has a library, store and a nice dining hall. The food looks good and healthy. They do offer a few choices in the memory care unit. This is a family organization and we like this. They are working with us in regard to the financing and I would recommend this community.
The Memory Care facility is a great facility that is wide open for residents to wander. The facility sits at the base of the Peaks of the Otter which allows for most rooms to have a fabulous view. Most all rooms have been updated with new furnishings and new paint. Activities are always happening at the facility to keep the residents stimulated. Music is a huge part of Memory Care. You will always find residents dancing and singing when you enter the building.
