Memory Care
We chose Atria Merrimack Place because of the quality of the facility as well as the convenience to family. His room size was adequate for his needs. I ate here and the quality of food was good but the options were limited. My favorite part about the community was that it was a positive environment, especially the staff members. I would recommend.
The community is very clean and neat. The staff is very nice and friendly and the food is amazing and tastes so good. They have lots of activities available also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
They did try to take good care of my loved one. They offered daily activities and the community was clean. The food was good. My loved one was only there for a short time as we realized he needed more care than they were able to provide. They oversold themselves on the care that was available. They gave out incorrect information in regard to some programs that may have been available. I would recommend asking about the security at this community.
