The staff was very nice, but there seemed to be a lot of turnover. I would usually be the one to initiate communication, but they would let me know if she fell. Housekeeping couldn't keep Mom's clothes together. She had other people's clothes, at times. Her bathroom didn't smell good. When hospice was called in, her level of care improved.
I have heard that this is a great place for my mom. So, I researched and researched for places and always came back to the Alois. They seem to be most qualified and ideal. Highly recommend this place to friends and family.
We just had our first in person visit and there were some things that we had to addressed. I feel like they are doing the best that they can and I am happy that my loved one is here. We had lunch during our visit and I was not very impressed with the meals. One of the main reasons that we picked this community is because they have a lot of nursing staff that are there to always check on the residents. They bought a rabbit to the community and my loved one was engaged and went to see the animals. They also often call and text my other loved ones to let us know how she is doing and if there is anything else needed and they also send pictures. The community is great my main concern is just lunch.
