awful time for my mother

This place is a sad place. My mother was here and the staff are over worked. 2 aides to a floor of 36. When was my mother getting proper care. When u talk to the Don and Adon they promise the world, but never on the floors helping. Families seen helping at dinner cause the staff are trying so hard. NEVER again will my parent or family member be in this place. There are some amazing staff members but the floor manager on the rehab unit is rude loud and does not seem to care. Hope you can find some were else to help your family.
