exceptional experience at spring hills. the chefs commitment to creating fresh hot meals from scratch is truly commendable. my loved one, a picky eater, was a former restaurant owner in NY raves about the food. i have enjoyed a handful of meals myself and there is something for everyone.

My loved one moved into this facility 60 days ago, and the experience has been fantastic. They absolutely love the facility, from the caring staff to the delicious food and the engaging activities. It's reassuring to see them so content and well taken care of here. Highly recommended!

What we really like the most about the Spring Hills Somerset community is the staff and the cleanliness. The community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. Everyone takes pride in their work and we would recommend this community to other families

I took a tour of Spring Hills Livingston during my search for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one and everything is great at this facility! The administrative staff are great, very helpful and kind! I will be moving my loved one into Spring Hills Livingston next week. This facility definitely seems to be miles above the rest!

It was difficult making the decision to place my loved one at the community. However, since my loved one has been there they are thriving. They have 24hrs nurses on site, meals are nutritious and homemade, since my loved one moved in they have been able to get off many medications, and the best part is they love the food!!!

The facility is filled with dedicated staff with extensive tenure, as many team members have remained committed to the company for a decade or more. Their unwavering dedication ensures residents receive exceptional care and attention.

My time at Spring Hills has been nothing short of homey and intimate. It warms my heart to see my loved one thriving here, relishing the company of fellow residents and the wide range of menu choices. It's a place that truly feels like a second home to him.

I had the pleasure of visiting residents at Spring Hill Hunters Creek on Mothers Day! What an amazingly professional & friendly facility with such love and compassion for the residents. Delicious food, enriching activities and it was awesome seeing so many happy & smiling faces on residents (and staff!)

Great facility. My loved one really enjoys living there. They have great outings/ activities and they really enjoy the home cooked meals. All the nurses and Cnas there are very passionate and treat my loved one as if they were their own. Management is very involved and active throughout the community.

It's evident that they genuinely care about the residents. Previously, I had my loved one in a state-of-the-art facility with all the glitz, including chandeliers. I mistakenly thought amenities were the most crucial factor. However, after a series of hospitalizations, I realized the importance of quality care over aesthetics. Since transitioning to Spring Hills, my loved one has not only stabilized but is thriving. I couldn't be more grateful for the positive change. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Hills to any family searching for the right care option. It's been a life-changing experience for us.

They're not perfect, staff needs continuous training, there's frequent leadership turnover, but the ones that are there work hard, are responsive and attentive. If you're willing to stay engaged, consistently, focus on solutions and being constructive with feedback, you'll find that they all want to meet expectations of quality care.Would recommend SpringHills Mt. Vernon. It's quaint, cozy, close to shops, parks, etc.

Experience is great and getting better as time is going. If there is any doubt of coming to this community, I would not hesitate to come. From what all the departments have to offer, I would make this a place to come!

Mom has lived at spring hills for almost 3 year. It was a difficult decision but every day I visit her or call her and she’s busy hanging out with friends lets me know I made the right decision. Staff is caring , down to earth and patient. I was worried when some of the management team left awhile ago however, believe the change was necessary. The community is thriving, residents look healthy and happy.

The staff at Spring Hills Hunters Creek is the best. They treat everyone like family. Communication with the family is great, they keep in touch on a daily basis! The move in process was easy and we had the help of the staff, including equipment to help with the move. The meals are good and they offer a lot of choices for each meal. I would totally recommend Spring Hills Hunters Creek to family and friends.

You may likely drive down Richmond Hwy and not notice they are there and just part of the townhouse community. They have AMAZING activities, passionate Directors, and the dining menu has more delicious options than any other place around!

If care is important to you, this is the place you want to place your loved one. From the highest manager positions to every staff member on the floor, the residents are treated with the highest love and care.

I had a great experience at Spring Hills Hunter's Creek. The Sales Director and executive director were incredibly helpful, even responding to my late-night text messages. They answered all my questions and made the process smooth and efficient. The entire team at Spring Hills Hunter's Creek was exceptional. They were not only patient but also provided me with a wealth of education and ongoing guidance throughout my experience. The building is very clean and has no odor. The activities team is great they go room to room and encourage residents to come out and join

My loved one has been in the facility for almost 4 months now. My tour started with the executive director. She was extremely knowledgeable about senior living. You can tell she loves helping seniors. Since placing my sister and brother in law there she has been my rock. Always available for my questions, or there for when I need to vent. I placed my family in their memory care and I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I made this decision. The entire staff is caring, residents are treated with dignity and respect. I have joined many times for lunch and or dinner. Talk about choices! I love the fact the kitchen is a scratch kitchen it really is a home like facility. One big family!

I can come in and leave according to my mostly afternoon/evening hours availability. My uncle who is a picky eater loves the food and input he has on the menu. Facility is always clean and the staff pleasant.

We are very happy with Spring Hills Hunters Creek. The staff is very visible. The meals are bland, but plentiful. I like the option that family can join them at a meal by paying $10 cash when they come. The activities are plentiful and we get documentation of what our loved one attended via the Loop app. The only confusion we've had is with the onsite physician company. I placed "use if I need them"- versus use them or not to use them (we still kept our primary for this year) but they switched everything over even though I didn't ask for that, even my loved one's medication which is free if we don't use their service. It was a bit of a headache switching things back. My loved one has early Alzheimer's, but always states that the staff is nice and she is well cared for. My family visits several times a week and her apartment is always spotless and entire facility smells lovely.
