Nobody's perfect but the enriching environment is close....it seems the staff is always cheerful and professional. The place is clean and void of any unpleasant odors experienced at similar facilities......it is not fancy if you are looking for that as a primary factor to place your loved one!....the communications I have with them provide comfort to me, knowing Mom is safe, gets her meds on time , eats well and receives nurturing guidance ......the staff seem to hone in on Mom's difficulties with patience and understanding.....also, in the past, two dear elderly friends were placed there and the feedback from relatives was very positive!
The staff members could at times maybe improve on their overall response time, but the staff really do care about all of the residents living there. Based on the overall experience so far with CommonWealth Senior Living we would recommend the community to other families.
I am so thankful I choose Greystone for my mom in the independent living. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. There is no doubt in my mind that my grandmother is being cared for. This is such a relief for me and my family! [name removed] made every step of the move in process smooth and has not disappointed us since she has been there.
