Nobody's perfect but the enriching environment is close....it seems the staff is always cheerful and professional. The place is clean and void of any unpleasant odors experienced at similar facilities......it is not fancy if you are looking for that as a primary factor to place your loved one!....the communications I have with them provide comfort to me, knowing Mom is safe, gets her meds on time , eats well and receives nurturing guidance ......the staff seem to hone in on Mom's difficulties with patience and understanding.....also, in the past, two dear elderly friends were placed there and the feedback from relatives was very positive!
I am so thankful I choose Greystone for my mom in the independent living. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. There is no doubt in my mind that my grandmother is being cared for. This is such a relief for me and my family! [name removed] made every step of the move in process smooth and has not disappointed us since she has been there. She is going on 8 months now and everything is as good as she promised it would be. Would highly recommend Greystone to anyone needing it or considering placement for family members.
I currently have a relative living at BCG and my MIL was a past a resident. I can't say enough good things abut the physical facility and especially the staff. From top down management the knowledge and competent advice we received was so beneficial. The clinical staff are well trained and competent.
