Very friendly staff. Memory care area a bit isolated but rooms nice and large. Food in memory care was not that great and served on paper plates and didn't seem very nutritious. Director was very nice and easy to work with.
Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients.
