Families should know that there is a high turnover rate at the executive level. Communicate by email to have a paper trail. The memory care staff is kind and caring, but not professional. Some of the white residents are racist to the Caregivers, and I wonder how long these workers will put up with it. I would recommend Cloverland Park, with the understanding of reasonable expectations of the facility and staff.
They are caring and very involved and my dad's care. Always accessible. [name removed] and [name removed] were so welcoming. I would highly recommend charter and a place for mom!!
I have to say my favorite thing about this community is how well maintained and kept clean it is. Every time I go to visit it is completely spotless with a fresh smell throughout the building. My mom has had no complaints about the food and has really enjoyed participating in the many activities they offer tot here residents throughout the week. I have no complaints so far and would recommend this place to anyone.

A nursing home is a complex that houses at least two persons who are not related by blood or by marriage to the administrator. This type of residence provides its residents with around-the-clock care by registered nurses. These can consist of a tendency to wander, verbal outbursts, or resisting care. Nursing homes are required to provide specialized rehabilitative services (treatment for mental illness or intellectual disability), room and bed maintenance services, medically-related social services, and pharmaceutical services to residents.
