Applied for the chef position about a month ago and got ghosted twice by the Executive Director. When she finally contacted me back, it was to let me know that they already hired someone else and to "keep them in mind". WELL, guess who is hiring a new chef? Clearly the work environment and working for [name removed] must be a complete mess. Despite these thoughts, I reached out and tried to see if I could interview again as she did say to keep the property in mind in the future. Guess who got ghosted.. AGAIN. If the exec director cant even bother to text back a simple "hey yes lets set something up" or "no not interested", imagine how she will treat your family members here. To say that I am extremely disappointed, especially for how many glowing reviews there are, is an understatement. If you are planning on working here, STAY AWAY.

What our family likes the most about Clarendale at Bellevue Place is that our loved one is happy there after meeting a lot of people and some that she knew from her Jewish community. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am currently a resident at Clarendale at Bellevue Place and the experience has been great for me so far. Everything is fabulous! The staff is great. The facility has great amenities for the residents. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. Based on my experience, I would recommend Clarendale at Bellevue Place to others.

The caretakers in memory care at Clarendale are not adequately trained to truly be able to care for the different stages of dementia. They want one size fits all and that just is not the case with dementia patients. Most (except for 2 or 3) of the caretakers don't have the compassion it takes to truly make the person feel safe regardless of what stage they are in. Unfortunately we learned this after getting our loved one into another facility where there was no question about how much they cared. Knowing how to handle different situations makes all the difference and I only wish we had made the switch sooner. My recommendation is to provide as much training up front as well as o going training for every person who I tracts with those with dementia.

When it comes to the meals and dining service we give it a 5 although she doesn't eat breakfast or lunch because she sleeps through both of them. For the activities they have a lot of different things going on but I am not sure that she has participated in any of the yet. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. Mom has been there for about two and a half weeks and she seems happier and safer than being in her condo by herself now that she is a widow. In the long run this will help her continue on with her life.

My mother was told a nurse would be available when and if needed, which was not true. After my mother moved in she was forced to move out after 3 days and 2 nights due to a complete lack of a nurse. Bother management and the receptionist said a nurse was not on site and unavailable.

My loved one is currently a resident at Clarendale at Bellevue Place. He's only been here for a few months, but everything has been very good for him so far! The staff is friendly and helpful and they already know my loved one well. My loved one says that the meals are pretty good and he loves all of the events that they have. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff in the memory care are so caring and considerate of the residents. They take time to learn their likes and dislikes and work hard at making them comfortable and as happy as possible. I would absolutely recommend Clarendale at Bellevue to anyone who is looking.

It's a great looking, bright, modern facility and the nursing staff are great and so friendly. They are super friendly and seem to really like my mom. The business staff, however, is non-responsive. I've had issues with them over charging Mom, knowing that they did, and not resolving it. Issues with getting Mom's insurance stuff together for her to activate her benefits. They have some great activities, but I don't think they encourage my mom enough to participate like they told me they would do.

The staff are always helpful. He is a meat. Food is mediocre warm when they get. I've had lunch there a few times. The dining room is always clean, but he does not always like the meals. Because he is I'm Memory Care they bring it up from main kitchen in a warmer. He has asked for something else before and they will oblige if they have it.

In relocating to a new state, one of my family's main concerns was finding an independent living situation for my mother that focused on her independence while still supporting her logistical needs in an engaging environment. Clarendale at Bellevue Place has developed a very supportive atmosphere in helping independent seniors transition to a new living environment that nourishes their social, emotional and intellectual well being, and my mother is very happy with her new home.

We toured Clarendale at Bellevue Place and we knew none of the people beforehand, we had no previous contact with any of them. We chose another community because of it's homey atmosphere; the people have been great and we've had no complications in working with them. My loved one has appreciated the attention she's gotten. She likes the food overall, which has been good. Clarendale was a very nice facility, but it doesn't have that homey atmosphere that the community we chose has. The people there were nice, it just didn't have the feeling we wanted for our loved one. There may be people out there who might feel the complete opposite, but this was just our experience and preference. It just didn't fit us.

We have been very happy with Clarendale at Bellevue Place. We initially chose them because of the convenient location as well as the facility itself and the staff. Overall it has been a very pleasant place with great staff which is wonderful with this environment we are in right now. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I really liked Clarendale at Bellevue Place. I liked the fact that they had a mix between residents who were independent and then residents who needed some extra care. The sales guy that we worked with was great, he was super empathetic and we felt like he really cared.
If you are looking for senior living in the Nashville area, look no further than Clarendale at Bellevue Place. The location alone is perfect with shops and restaurants just steps out the front door. My grandparents struggled as they were no longer able to drive (or allowed to). I wish Clarendale was here for them in those days as they would have had everything they wanted within walking distance. Clarendale has redefined senior living, and it is refreshing to know these options do exist. The residents are delightful and stop to speak and welcome visitors. Everyone beams with joy describing how much they love life there. The staff is energetic, polite, genuine and authentic. I highly recommend Clarendale!

When we pulled up my mom did not like the overall look of the facility. We came in for our tour appointment and they were late and never apologized for it. The main thing that my mom did not like was independent living was not on the first floor, so you had to take and elevator or the stairs to get to it which was a deal breaker.
