The staff at Brookdale Owasso is lovely. However, lots of boiled chicken is served in a variety of ways. The snacks could be more nutritious with higher protein levels. Also, the doctors don't really look for any problems unless clients complain so if clients forget or don't complain needs may be missed. Overall, I would recommend Brookdale Owasso to others.
Staff is very attentive and helpful. The facility is clean and did not have any type of smell to it. It is an amazing place!
I like the personal touch with it being a smaller family type facility. Staff is great! You get a great feeling that they really care, not only about your parents , but also what's going on with the whole family. I do feel that the food needs some improvement. I do love the dining room setting. It is very home like cozy. I have such a good feeling every time I walk thru those doors. Their great care is round the clock, not just when family comes to visit. I would 100% recommend this facility to others.
